I've tried to make this deck work every expansion since Devilsaur Egg came out. While we lost Princess Huhuran (and make no mistake; redundancy is a good thing in this deck), I think there are some cards with the rush mechanic that fit very nicely into this archetype, and that's important given that Devilsaur Egg is generally going to create an immediate tempo loss.
I've included to a write-up on the deck page, but the general idea is to keep the opposing board manageable early on with cards like Doomsayer and Vicious Scalehide, then start to flood the board in the mid game by triggering our Devilsaur Egg multiple times.
There are some tech choices to consider. In the version I've posted above, I'm targeting aggro Paladins with Unleash the Hounds and Mossy Horror. If you want to take that to an extreme, you could even include Exploding Bloatbat in place of something like Cobalt Scalebane. If you're more interesting in trying to beat Cubelock, I'd suggest running Kill Command and a silence effect or two. Alas, if you try to beat both, you're likely to create a watered down deck with a lower overall win rate.
I totally forgot about Carnivorous Cube. I've been running out of a steam in certain matchups and that would definitely add some value to the deck. I just worry about it getting silenced given how much of that people are running nowadays, but I guess worst case scenario it triggers and puts a 4/6 on board.
Yea, I think Carnivorous Cube has some potential in this deck. Upon further review, I made another tweak to include Meat Wagon so you summon one of the eggs. That should help a little with the card draw issue with the Hunter class.
Alternative title: "Which came first: the dragon or the egg?"

Here is the version I've been playing around with. I'm still making adjustments to the deck.
