So I see that people have been giving hunter a bad rap this week with the new expansion. I thought I'd try my hand at building the more controlling type of hunter we all know we want. I took a look at a few other decks and try to gear this one toward card generation instead of straight draw to help in fatigue and to focus on big minions and minion removal in the late game. Feel free to critique, comment, or try it yourself.
so one interesting combo I came across trying to make a control hunter is, corpse raiser plus play dead, you make a copy of a minion, plus another one when the original dies.
Shallow Gravedigger doesn't seem good enough to include.
Cloaked Huntress seems like a much better choice. Especially if you replace Grievous Bite with another secret which I think you probably should to capitalise on Professor Putricide and because Grievous Bite isn't very good. Snipe or Misdirection maybe.
I don't get the hype with Arfus. fun card, but (4) mana for a 2/2? And deathrattle is debatable, just 1 dire card that could even be detrimental to your strategy. Not worth so much Tempo loss.

As far as control hunter is concerned, and the amount of greed involved. All you really need is deathstalker rexxar, that hp will literally win you the game and is only susceptible to being incredibly behind in tempo, which can happen vs atiesh, army of the dead, bloodreaver guldan. So my recommendation is to fiddle around with the survivability and ability to get to rexxar and also somewhat of a burst finisher inclusion, which can be anything from a natural tundra rhino to a nzoth.
My comments on op's list. First off if you are playing with terrorscale stalker you always want to include play dead, in regards to that, the deathrattle portion of the deck seems relatively weak, I myself prefer using Devilsaur Eggs, the only downside to them is that besides your dr triggers, you can't really activate them, at least in my list, so they just kinda sit around, but maybe there's an elegant solution to that, which I will leave to more creative hands. Second, the spell package is very all over the place and not cohesive at all, bad draws will make you play too reactively, and as a hunter you don't want that. I would literally dump everything in a secret package that emphasises summons for more tempo.
When are people giving up on "control" hunter? You can't control without card draw, board clear and a hero power that interacts with the board/draw cards. Hunter doesnt even have decent taunt minions.

Arfus is bad because it's slow and too many priests with potion of madness. If you're running play dead you can get immediate value out of it...plus it's a funny play.
Professor Putricide isn't that good. You'll generally play one good secret and get one random bad one. Also don't play it without Cloaked Huntress.
Corpse Widow is good on paper, but for some reason terrible when using it. It's almost never generated tempo for me. And why are you running it without Kindly Grandmother?
One Bonemare is good. One Defender of Argus is also potentially good, although you don't have enough early minions for it.
If you're playing a control hunter, you should be running 2 Tracking. You often need to get to Deathstalker Rexxar.

And as others said, same goes for Shallow Gravedigger.
Nearly any deathrattle is more worthwhile than those 3 cards.

Sadly, cards like these will never be printed due to "class identity".
My midrange hunter experience this expansion...
