As you can see, unless you luck into one of your Fire Flys, you're not getting Queen Carnassa out before Turn 6 if you go first. Going second, you can, but you still face the issue of having absolutely no cards in hand after playing the Queen. At this point your deck contains 15 raptors... and 20+ junk 1-drops, none of which have card draw. It's doubtful at that point if you'll even live long enough to cycle through them.

Old school WoW Mage motto: if you don't end the run with the most damage dealt AND the most deaths, you're not trying hard enough.
I also tried making a deck like this, and i gotta say: I like the idea of playing a lot of 1-drops, but you should still include Tol'Vir Warden and possibly Tundra Rhino. Also you're not guranteed to have the quest completed unless you're going second. (going first you need Fire Fly) I would probably go with something that looks a bit more like this:
Personally I'd probably run something like 15 1 drops, your still going to want removal, burst, and beast synergy. And while we've gotten a couple of good one drops in this set already, I'm waiting to see what hunter gets before I make an actual list.
Tol'vir Warden and Firefly is an absolute must in this deck. Besides that I don't really think you can play this quest as a rush card. Probably have to use it in a Control/Midrange Hunter with Secretkeepers, Fireflies, Argent Squires, Alleycats and maybe Abusive Sergeants.
+1. And here I thought I was the only person who realized this was a control quest.

Is this even viable? Its a pseudo barnes- yshaarj renounce lock deck that somehow guarantees that you can play the legendary on turn 5.

Tundra rhino is just essencial. it is the win condition. but, even with it, the deck probably wont work.
