Every meta Cenarius just never seems to make the cut. I often try to jam in to decks where I think he should work, and sometimes he does. But mostly it's because my opponent wasn't expecting Cenarius because no one plays him, or it seems like some other card would work just as well for a fraction of the mana.
Should Cenarius be buffed? Maybe one mana reduction? Should better synergy cards be released for it? I actually forgot Keeper Stalladris only worked with spells, so when I realized that, my hopes for Cenarius were once again dashed.
With Druid's ramp ability nerfed into oblivion, Cenarius seems that much further away from playable.
Just one season I'd like to see Cenarius core to a top tier deck- do you agree?
You can say this about a lot of legendaries, and I don't see a reason to why Cenarius deserves to be more viable than e.g. Illidan or Millhouse Manastorm.
With that being said he has surprised me in Token Druid where I got him from Crystalsong Portal.
He is the classic class legendary, he should be always be relevant, or at least in some metas. The other class legendaries pop up again in decks, seemingly by design(see king crush with Katarina)

Jaraxxus wasnt around for 2 years, just because DK was better, and only now began see some play. Cenarius is pretty much anti-control tech for token decks, so unless there will be strong synergy with something he can still be not played for a loooong time. Whatever, he will still be used more often than Jaraxxus in KOFT. I dont see any problem here.
