Nice neck I have to say. I swapped a few cards though. I changed the 2 novice to two "mind if i roll needs" and swapped one Nourish for a Nat. I didnt have a 2nd one. i also put the Rag in place of Ysera. But overall I reall like the synergy . So far only 5 games with it,but all were wins.
I've been playing a modified version of the original deck (While keeping in the two Nourish) and have been tearing through rank 10 -> 5. What do you guys think of this deck list? (I'm on the fence about Leeroy Jenkins, he does not really fit in the deck but has saved me many times) I'm also considering swapping out Ysera for Savage Roar or a Faceless Manipulator(or any other card that people recommend).
I'm also curious what card people would recommend replacing for Cenarius
I don't really like the idea of advertising win rates like many others. I can easily obtain a 95% win rate if I play against noobs. Against other legend ranked players, it is impossible to maintain a 95% win rate (even a 60% win rate against other legend ranked players is very impressive).
That being said, this deck is so damn good the misleading number doesn't even bother me. Not hard to see how you reached rank 13 with such an impressive deck. I think what I like most is that the nourish/wild growth idea is quite creative. Before you made this deck, I don't think I saw any deck play those cards.
I'm still curious as to whether or not this deck can get any better. I know the creator of the deck didn't have some of the Ancients and legendaries to play test every option. Has anyone found success with alternative options?
I don't have a ragnaros, so I replaced it with Ancient of Lore. It works wonders. I tried play testing a Cairne, but I realized it's not as good as usual in this deck. This deck sacrifices board control in the beginning of the game, so it takes some heavy hits from aggro decks early on. For this reason, when you have the mana to play cards like Cairne, they need to have instant impact (like Argent Commander). If you don't, they'll just go straight for face and bring your life to zero.
I don't have an ancient of war, but I feel like it could be very good in this deck (as taunts do instantly impact the game). The ten health would be incredibly hard to deal with without poly/hex/tink. I also feel like hogger is better in this deck than it is in most decks (which is probably why the creator has it in the deck). It's not usually such a strong card, but the 2/2 taunts are quite a powerful defense (and the hogger essentially has a taunt because you need to kill it or suffer from some incredible value). I'm not so sure I would take hogger out for rag (and even if I did, I might try to find room for it along with rag).
You need to have in mind that when this deck was made and used, the ranking system wasn't the same as now, it was the old Silver, Gold, Platinum, Masters, and this deck had that winrate at the Masters category. The only way to know where were you on the ladder was waiting for Blizzard to release the top 100 of that week, and I ranked 13 on the week I invented and played this.
That said, Masters back then had many different power levels if you were to compare it to the new ranking system, it probably would range from Rank 7-8 to Legendary.
Also, at the time, the deck to beat was Warlock Aggro, Mage Aggro, Unleash the Hound combos, midrange Paladin and Rogue, Priest and that's it.
Druid was one of the lowest played classes and that's where the value of this deck came from. The key to it's success was an early Wild Growth into either Swipe or Starfall and next turn a big Taunt and it pretty much sealed the deal against Warlock and the likes. Against control, the early ramp meant you were playing big drops before they could get to their removal.
Nowadays, I've not tested the deck, but I'm pretty sure the standard Druid fares better in ladder than this one, although now I've more cards to try to give it another chance. I'll see if I can manage to put a more up to date list, without losing the "Ramp" uniqueness it has.
I don't think there's any way in the game to view your WLR. I keep track of mine manually.
There's an app called HearthLog. That should help.

Ragnaros has been more useful than the Azure Drakes, I have been running just a single one since Bloodmage Thalnos also provides some SP
My version of a Druid Deck, not sure if this could still be called ramp druid.^^ I'm currently at rank 10 and it's very fun to play with...
You need much luck against the current rush meta, but it's very satisfying to crush those...
VS every other kind of deck this one is nearly unbeatable, if you aren't extremely unlucky!
Suggestions are VERY appreciated

PS: Sorry for bad english and greetings from Germany <3
Maybe switch around Claw for Starfall and Starfire? Depends if aggro are giving you too much trouble or not.

Anyways, again, wonderful deck :)
