It's somewhat competitive but your list isn't polished. You're going to run into unnecessary trouble if someone silences your doomsayer or leave no minions up for you to trade your own minions into. Most auctioneer builds run only auctioneer and 2x pyromancers (and 2x barkskin to buff said pyros) to kill off your own stuff in such an event
Running floop is interesting. With a starfall, it plays around skulking giest but I don't think there's enough people teching that for it to be worth it
I tought that multiple solutions was better than a single card or a combo... I always struggle getting my Wild Pyromancer in time, so i preferred to make this changes:

I mean...if they silence your Doomsayer and you can't kill it you lose.
Without Oaken Summons you lose out on 12 armor, which is vital against aggressive decks.
also, the Floop tech pretty much only targets the Skulking Geist matchcup which barely any deck runs atm. and it means you need to get floop and starfall out before combo, which puts you another turn behind, same goes for Loti.
You basically lose against any deck that goes wide, because you only have swipe as a clear. Pyromance is great against multiple decks because of how much damage you can get out of it.
Certain builds of Mecha'thun Druid are competitive, but I've noticed recently that a lot of people are teching Skulking Geist when they are playing slower decks on ladder, and it's basically an auto-loss when they play it.
As it was already mentioned, there are certain builds that are competitive. Your deck is quiet unique but in a bad way I believe. Doomsayer has so many downsideś compared to Pyromancer that I can't really come up with a reason why would you put it in the deck. Secondly, from my experience, the extra draw "machines", I mean acolytes, are important too because they help you find your auctioneer. Lastly, what is the wardruid loti for? The whole deck seems too slow in contrast to more polished versions. I especially recommend build with floop's glorious gloop. Having a blast and reached rank 5 easily.
Any deck can be competitive. Also, there's two types of Mecha'thun Druid that are good right now: fast Mecha'thun Druid and Slow Mecha'thun Druid. Slow Mecha'thun is like any ordinary Druid deck but including Mecha'thun as a win condition, while Fast Mecha'thun Druid is more like vomiting onto the board. Your list strides in between the two, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

This deck is performing over my expectations. I'm looking forward to hear from you any kind of feedback.
Clever. Avoids that problem of being unable to get rid of spreading plague scarabs.

You have 2x Doomsayer + 1x Flobbidinous Floop in case they silence you twice..
I'm actually pretty happy with the outcome of this list and I think it worths a try :D

I tried having fun once. It was awful.
