I just hit legend and I'm wanting to have a solid 3-4 decks to practice with that I can take into tournament play in Battlefy (or wherever). I have the trusted Zoolock that got me to Legend, and a currently Floop-less Token Druid. I was looking at Mecha'thun Druid, but the WR stats for Mill Druid are at least 5% higher on every archetype matchup with Mill Druid (minus Twig)
The only reason I could see for not going with Mill Druid is the impending rotation of Togwaggle - but 6 months is still a fair way away. If it can help me stay up on the ladder then it'll pay for itself in monthly rewards anyway.

First off, don't use that Togwaggle druid list because it has 2 giggling inventors. Giggling inventor is not core to the deck so this could only mean it's outdated
As for what deck to use, Togwaggle is a competitive tier deck while Mecha'thun is mostly a meme. Mecha'thun also auto loses to skulking giest, which is currently standard in evenlock. The most important thing is that both these decks are highly polarized, meaning favorables are very favorable and unfavorables can be unwinnable
Since they are polarized, if you want to bring either of these to a tournament, make sure their matchups synergize with the rest of your lineup. For example, a player once brought a quad Mecha'thun lineup for an HCT event. Their strategy was to hard counter odd warrior and other slow decks. Personally I wouldn't recommend such a strategy as the meta is very diverse right now and there is little guarantee opponents will bring specific decks
If I were you, I'd simply stick with token druid. Unlike the two, token druid is an all around solid deck with low polarization, meaning you are more likely to win unfavorables through skill. Its power level is equivalent to that of Togwaggle druid. Most importantly, almost all druids are extremely hard to play and require a lot of practice to make full use of. The three druids you mentioned are no different and the fact that you have some experience on token already will be beneficial to your tournament. Togwaggle druid is the single most difficult deck to learn and play in the current meta
Edit: omg I was so baited by this thread necro >.<

Thanks for your feedback NightCrawl3r, much appreciated!
The decklistings were pre-nerf for sure - and since then there seems to have been quite a shift in the meta to the point where this doesn't seem like a relevant option any more. There are so many other decks that are outperforming these ones, and Token Druid seems to be good enough to stand alone in the Druid world for the time being at least.
