In my opinion:
Innervate should go. After nerf it's just bad card.
Ironwood Golem should also go. Good old friend Sen'jin Shieldmasta is better and let me remind you it is basic set we are talking about.
The Black Knight is a tech card, not sure why you would run it here.

With the amount of armor you have in the deck I would try swapping out Innervate and The Black Knight with Lesser Jasper Spellstone and see how it changes your perfromance.

I worry that Oaken Summons has too many duds it can pull, so you may want to either cut it or go all-in and add a second copy while removing the ooze, Druid of the Swarm, and even Zola, adding in better stated 3-4 mana minions to take their place.

Since you have only two battlecry minion (acidic swamp ooze and The black Knight excluded as circumstancial ) I would toss out Zola the Gorgon for another ultimate infestation or better yet a Mire Keeper. Gola is usually used in tempo decks with low to mid cost minions who have battlecries (or good deathrattle effects) so you can make a copy of the minion the moment you play it (e.g. Bonemare into Zola the bonemare for 10 mana or Tortollan Forager into Zola into Tortollan Forager for 7 mana etc. etc.). Since your minions are big, you have to wait a turn till you "zola" the minion you played. In this turn your minion will most likely die.

One idea is to just change to jade druid. Other ideas are:

- Put early minions to gain early tempo (ex. Enchanted Raven) 

- Use Strongshell Scavenger since you run so many taunts

- Play double copies of cards for consistency. Double Ultimate Infestation is a must in any non-aggro druid deck

- Play Mire Keepers or Jade Blossoms to ramp 

What to cut? Cards like Acidic Swamp Ooze and The Black Knight are tech cards and are irrelevant unless you're targeting a specific deck. Zola is also just a bad card. Innervate too weak

Just keep playing Jade Druid.  Its broken and gauranteed to win games due to having no weaknesses and never ending fucking armor and card draw due to Ultimate Brokenfestation.  You also have Spreading Wins to stop aggro and midrange.  Easy Peezy, brah.
