It looks OK; I would suggest trying to use doubles of most cards. You want to give yourself a good chance of drawing the necessary cards. I believe that its the niche cards that you just need one of. Like Ironbark Protector. Probably just need one of them. What is nice about Druid cards a lot of them have options that you get to choose when you play the card.
But the basis of the game is to have control, both board and card. You want to make sure you trade hits into where you don't have to use as many resources as your enemy. Example: Using Swipe to take out more than just one card; if possible.
Your second build looks much better. I would suggest removing mark of nature and both moonfires, and adding a bit of draw power OR board clear. Ideally id say add in 1 ancient of lore and 2 starfalls, but i know these cards might be a bit expensive on the dust. Other than that, maybe remove archmage and jungle panther or ogre magi for two azure drakes.
Also, one of the the best druid cards is druid of the claw. its a common, so its not expensive at all, but it can either be an extremely sturdy taunt, or a much needed charge. I would definitly suggest putting in two of them if you can/want. Perhaps remove ironfur grizzly (hes not that great, and you already have a decent bit of taunt for now) and maybe an ogre magi. (The azure drakes i mentioned in the first paragraph are way better).
The only other issue i see is that you have absolutely no silence in the deck. You'd need to find a way to fit spellbreaker and/or ironbeak owl in here, or even better keeper of the grove (if you have/can afford). In this case the best thing to replace would probably be one of the ironbark protectors (two is overkill in my opinion) and the second ironfur grizzly.
Hope this helped =)

Here is the deck I am currently using: http://www.hearthpwn.com/deckbuilder/druid#74:1;149:1;238:1;246:2;251:1;258:1;325:1;357:1;392:1;414:1;434:1;435:2;472:1;476:1;480:1;502:1;519:2;532:2;548:1;564:2;619:2;620:2;667:1
I would appreciate any pointers for improving my deck.

If you have the cards try and get Druid of the Claw, Keeper of the Grove, Starfall, Ironbeak Owl
Drop: Goldshire Footman, Gnomish Inventor, Stormpike Commando, Fen Creeper
Add me: Corneilius#1267
Hey man, i made some changes to your deck, added only basic cards and kept those commom that you have only 1 (i think)
