So I was thinking I don't seem to perform too well vs rogues so checked my stats. Well....is anyone else in a similar situation or am I just doing this match up terribly wrong?
I think Rogue is beating druid most of the time. They aren't running enough removal to take out giant van cleefs, pillagers and drakes effieciently. They don't pressure rogue much either because most archetypes want to just ramp instead of playing minions, which basically gives rogue free reign to enter their miracle turns. Druids best defense to a cold blooded auctioneer is taunt, and rogue removes those with saps. I play miracle all the time and whenever I match against a druid, I breathe a sigh of relief cause it is going to go my way unless I draw poorly. Jade druid is exceptionally easy to beat unless they draw nuts and maintain growing jades from turn 1.
Rogue has potential for incredible burst in miracle builds with pirates. An early Edwin VanCleef is usually GG, and it's extremely easy to pull off with counterfeit coins and preps. Jade Druid is just too slow for it.
They can out tempo you so bad in early-mid game as it is when you're the most vulnerable with cheap removals and combo. 6/6 - 8/8 van cleef usually seal the deal as most jade druids don't include mulch and just rely on raven idols for it.

Miracle rogue is the best counter to jade druid. The slow start for the jade druid is what rogues take advantage of.
