Hi, I know it's too soon to know what cards are really worth the dust, but I guess some are definitely bad.
My decks start to be fixed now, with only a few cards I'm not sure about. So, between those, what should I keep (just in case) and what can I dust for sure ?
- Mulch : I tried it, gave Nefarian to a mage and Prophet Velen to a Paladin. I was sad. Does Druid really need this ? Plus I have two of them :/ - Astral Communion : I know this won't become serious but maybe I'll try it some day. Is it worth ? - Knight of the Wild : I don't believe in beast Druid, and this card seems to be bad.
- Lock and Load : can't find a room in my deck, but does someone tried it and found a way to make it useful ? - Ball of Spiders : tried it, super fun bot slow as f*ck. Got a golden version though ...
- Enter the Coliseum : got a golden version. Love the art, like the animation, but for now it has always been a dead card in my hand. When you play Paladin, you should have board control anyway, and this card loses you tempo.
- Undercity Valiant : because I got one golden. It looks weak and I saw on the forums it was. I already have 2 non-golden versions. But I love Rogue and would totally craft a golden one if it fits in any deck. - Shady Dealer : same plus I won't play Pirate Rogue. I don't like Pirates.
- Dark Bargain : did somebody test that ? I couldn't. Seems bad. Is it ? - Void Crusher : same thing
- Sparring Partner : got 2 normal versions and a golden. I didn't play Warrior yet. Is it good ?
I did not try those neutrals. Which ones should I keep/dust ?
Keep in mind I don't want to have a complete collection, only cards I need to play. I play Rogue, Paladin, Warlock, Hunter, Druid and Warrior. I need the dust to complete certain decks (I really had no luck with packs).
just because the way you played mulch didnt work doesnt mean it wont work otherwise. what about dropping a leeroy jenkins and mulching a big taunt minion ftw?
Why r u asking, if u should DE cards that r only good in decks with theme u dont like and will never play? Sure never is a strong word, but if u rly need/want dust for something u want to play and u think u will enjoy it, do u rly need us to tell u? Im not talking about all cards u listed, but quite a few of them u could have easily decided for yourself if that insane amount of 5-20 is worth it lol :P
refreshment vendor is good for rogue because they take face damage, often before the other hero has, benefitting only themselves for the battlecry, and getting the big body for that mana cost
For most cards, I ask if somebody found a way to make them work.
I would play Ball of Spiders or Mulch if someone actually told me "hey, they work, you just don't use them properly !"
I love Rogue and I saw here somone talk of Refreshment Vendor being good for Rogue but ... I don't see why.
About the common, if they are listed, I ask about the golden versions (and I also own the normal ones).
Ball of Spiders is more suitable for control/beast hunters but ultimately still too slow even if you draw 3 beasts. Mulch is decent, better than Naturalize I've seen decent amount of players placing one in their ramp or beast druid deck.
I don't see any reason for Refreshment Vendor specifically for a Rogue and wouldn't go based on just what one person said. You can always search a card up on Hearthpwn and see what decks the've been placed in and the rating of the decks.
