Here is my take on the worst 10 cards revealed so far. It is way easier to compile than a top 10 list. (updated for further explainations)
Not talking about Arena, just in constructed. This is my personal take, feel free to disagree about the rankings and list your own worst 5 or 10.
At 10th worst we have King's Defender. Fiery War Axe trumps this all day, until taunt warrior is a thing. Some warrior is already cutting 1 Fiery War Axe, there is just no space for this card.
At 9th - Skycap'n Kragg. Fancy, terrible stats for its mana, and Pirates not a thing yet. If it's a 6/4 might actually be better for SMOrc.
8th - Kodorider. "The kodo must be protected!" But they always die before doing anything. On the other hand, you have Cairne Bloodhoof which is stronger and 2 mana cheaper, and still, not a playable card.
7th - North Sea Kraken. 9 mana is a slot with all the powerful dragons and legendaries. Many are still too slow to run in most decks, and we have this. If we have 120 card decks this will still not make it. Also dies to BGH.
6th - Tournament Medic. 4 mana with only 1 attack is pathetic. Doesn't stop aggro, doesn't fit in control. If you play this against a Piloted Shredder it's not even a fight.
5rd - Demonfuse. A slightly more powerful Demonfire with huge drawback. Fel guard laughs at you.
At 4th worst we have Lowly Squire. It is plain, worst than many 1-drop and will never see play in constructed.
3th worst - Argent Watchman. Shouldn't this be a 1 mana? A one mana slightly stronger zombie chow with a worst drawback seems balanced to me.
2nd worst - Coliseum Manager. The math on this card just doesn't add up, no wonder the coliseum went bankrupt. This card alternatively reads, pay 5 mana and restore this card to full health.
Even poisoned blade with the use your heropower twice card AND the Maiden its useless. It is by far the #1 worst showcased so far. Whoever balanced it was on serious drugs that came from a Mexican bathhouse in new-jersey. He then snuck it past the rest of Q&A for major trolling purposes because he was probably going to be fired the next day for speaking his mind about the viability of french politics.
Honestly, I don't even care about the quality of the next 100 cards. The fact that Blizzard chose to reveal all of the shitty ones first just makes me really frustrated with their marketing strategy. Unless these are their best cards, in which case... *sigh*
7th - North Sea Kraken. 9 mana is a slot with all the powerful dragons and legendaries. Many are still too slow to run in most decks, and we have this. If we have 120 card decks this will still not make it. Well said there. This is #1 IMO.
I have to say I thought Lowly Squire has some merit to it.
Nice post thought =)

Community voted it, don't blame Blizzard.
Ps. To you all: Nort-sea Kraken is for new players that DON'T have legendaries, it's not made for us who have s**tload of them!
Also the card is hella strong in arena. Also I don't think Demon Fuse is all that bad. Suddenly I have a cheap buff that allows my Doom Guard to kill giants, which I don't see till late game where the extra mana crystal won't matter. It also puts it out of ping/mortal coild/whirlwind range. I honestly like the card. I won't play it because I am missing imporant demons for the deck but I like it.
People choosing to reveal that card has nothing to do with how trash the card is. We only choose to reveal it not how bad the card is,the card was what it is before the the reveal how is that not Blizzard fault? I dont know who is more stupid the people at Blizzard making cards or the people that defend this kind of lazy work
Yeah NSK is a card not made for constructed. He's made for Arena.
Although on the new player argument. He loses to Force-Tank MAX. Which is also a big common in Arena. For one less mana. Who thisw guy trades 1 for 1 with. At best.
My bad then.I got carried away by how many people uses the excuse that not every card need to be Dr.Boom,I agree but not every card need to be Ironforge Rifleman there has to be something in the middle.
I understand you, i got carried away a little bit too, sorry. I just hate how everyone says how every card in this expansion is bad, they say it even about the good ones!
What good ones? Nothing revealed so far is good, and at best there's a tiny handful of "okay" ones.
It's not an opinion. This community has shown time and time again as a whole that Hearthstone is absolutely figured out and we're absolutely capable of determining a cards strength 99% of the time. We've done it very precisely for every content release thus far. It's not rocket science and there is more than enough evidence out there based on cards that already exist that proves none of those cards you just mentioned will be particularly relevant.

That's your opinion, i am not going to judge these cards until i will be able to try them in my decks, but from the revealed cards i really like Flame Juggler,Spellslinger,Silent Knight,Effigy and much more! Just because you can't see them in competitive way doesn't mean they are bad, they will not get you into legend but you still can have fun with them!
Imo its more like an Arena expansion so far because most of the cards are kinda good in arena but bad in constructed.
I agree that there are some good cards already but besides Effigy, all you mentioned are really bad or mediocre at best in constructed
If piloted shredder was nerfed to either be a 5 drop or only spawn a random one drop I think a lot of cards would open to become more viable but since the power level of that card is through the roof what can you honestly do besides play it yourself that new druid card I want so badly to be good but this whole expansion so far is too quote on quote slow.
first, honorable mentions: Kodorider and Ball of Spiders. I think these cards are actually fairly costed for what they do, which is pretty powerful, the problem is that in most cases they are simply going to be too slow to be effective. if you can play Kodorider on 8 with a hero power, and have him live a turn to inspire a 2nd time, he's pretty insane though.
4. Frost Giant - this may prove viable once we see the full suite of Inspire cards and whether this may fit in an all-in Inspire deck, but for now I'm going to say its on the same tier as Clockwork Giant as far as the giants go
1. Spellslinger - this card is just bad for the game and should be ripped in pieces, and then the pieces burned, and then the ashes buried in a pit, and then the person that buried them in a pit killed so that they can never reveal where the ashes were buried for someone to find.
now that I've typed this, with y luck this will be the exact makeup of my first opened booster pack :(

Dr. Boom, Undertaker, Flamewaker, Trogzor, Sludge Belcher, and some even thought zombie chow would be unplayable and this is just the tip of the misprediction iceberg. I'm sorry, but what you are saying is not even close to being true. If you want examples of cards good enough for constructed play shown so far, look at Eydis Darkbane, Fjola Lightbane, Effigy, Totem Golem, Tuskgar Totemic, Thunder Bluff Valiant, Fallen Hero, Frost Giant and Justicar Trueheart. Some of these cards may not be great in every meta, but they are plenty powerful enough to find their way into or at least inspire an archetype for either future metagames or within the game we see today. There are a few other cards that could be used to help these cards that aren't powerful enough on their own that have been introduced as well ( Coldarra Drake, Maiden of the Lake, that one combatant and a few others as well.

At the worst card, we have Poisoned Blade. Worst than Light's Justice by far, Cogmaster's Wrench. This weapon is a perfect fit though with the array of bad Rogue epics, along with Patient Assassin and Kidnapper.
Honorable mention
Ball of Spiders You almost made it, but since it is unlike any existing cards we have, it's a bit hard to definitively conclude.
Sky cap'in I gots no problems with.
Pirates aren't a thing, but it ain't the good cap'n's fault.
Same thing.
Also Ball of Spiders. It's veeery slow, but there are 6 beasts in 1 card.
Even poisoned blade with the use your heropower twice card AND the Maiden its useless. It is by far the #1 worst showcased so far. Ball of spiders should've make the cut, you are being unfair! Its hard to choose what to drop for it, id say kodo rider.
1- Demonfuse

Nice list. My thoughts are going to be very similar. Here's mine:
10. Wilfred Fizzlebang- Too slow and a poor draw from this loses you the game
9. North Sea Kraken- 9 mana cards need to be Alexstrazsa caliber
8. Ball of Spiders- No time to play this, poor tempo and value even when you can
7. Garrison Commander- Vanilla 2 mana 2/3
6. Frost Giant- game will never be slow enough to be able to hero power 7+ times before playing this
5. Tournament Medic- Patron Factory with marginal benefit from Inspire
4. Demonfuse- No explanation needed
3. Lowly Squire- conditional 1 mana 2/2 that telegraphs your play to your opponent and can get killed for free if going 2nd
2. Argent Watchman- The body isn't even overbudgeted to make up for the atrociously awful condition
1. Poisoned Blade- Costs 3 mana too much
What good ones? Nothing revealed so far is good, and at best there's a tiny handful of "okay" ones.

Fjola Lightbane , Eydis Darkbane, Totem Golem, Holy Champion, Tuskarr Totemic, and Effigy will all see major play
Imo its more like an Arena expansion so far because most of the cards are kinda good in arena but bad in constructed.

1. demonfuse
2. argent watchmen

6. tournament medic
7. effigy
8. spellsinger
9. kingsdefender
10. sky cap'n kragg

I'm just going to do a bottom 5.

5. Draenei Totemcarver - in most cases a worse Frostwolf Warlord
4. Frost Giant - this may prove viable once we see the full suite of Inspire cards and whether this may fit in an all-in Inspire deck, but for now I'm going to say its on the same tier as Clockwork Giant as far as the giants go
3. Lowly Squire
