I've seen a couple of interesting yet viable double FM decks, in the past. However it seems to me that in the current meta it just doesn't work, or at least not effective enough to climb up the ladder. I don't even see it being run in any legendary decks.
I do need that extra dust to craft an ice block for my Alex—Freeze mage. Should I disenchant one or even both of them?
i Have the "Prepared Giant blocking Trees of doom" Rule, which states: Epics are more than enopugh as 1 ofs unless they are preparation giants, ice block trees or doomsayers.

You forgot a good amount of Epic cards. Nice try.
For the OP, you don't need two Faceless Manipulator. It's a highly situational card... (being quite strong under the right circumstances).

Used to be a proud Handlock player.
Legend 17 times.
Still flirting with the ladder from times to times with Renolock.
For the most part, many epics are better considered to have one. Of course there are many times you'll need two copies but Faceless Manipulator is a good example I would say. it relies on have a minion on board worth copying mana-wise and efficiency-wise to your deck hence it can be a hit or miss. But imagine if your opponent has Ragnaros on the field and you are at 10 mana with 2 faceless. That would be when it's awesome to have two but yet again situational.
Only very rarely would you even think about wanting two in one deck, but definitely keep at least one . You would regret blowing up both of them sooner or later.
