Crap card, BGH-able, requires holding a dragon, yadda yadda yadda.
I'm actually looking forward to seeing how this type of "have a dragon in your hand" interaction affects the meta game. I'm not sure this is the best card legendary ever, but it looks like fun!
Unlike Big Game Hunter, there are a requirement that you hold a dragon, and has 7 mana. I would say it's borderline unplayable unless the meta is full control. Stats are pretty bad too.
Seems strong but the prerequisite seems pretty balanced.. hard to say how much play this will see. What would be the prime target for him? Kel'thuzad, Ysera, silenced sylvannas...
However, it remains to be seen how many cheap dragons will be released and whether it is likely that a competitive deck will play the 5+ dragons required to make this at all reliable.
Even then, this will still require that your opponent plays a legendary minion while you have this AND a dragon in your hand.
7 drop will always be dr.boom until he gets nerfed
also - seriously though, 4 health? and requires 2 conditions to play it? absolute rubbish.
in this meta with doctor boom, this card is a BGH for 7 mana and harder to play because it requires a dragon in hand, not sure what blizzard were thinking.
So you need to have a dragon theme deck with a dragon card in hand...and not vs aggro decks(since most aggro won't have any legendaries)...and pay 7 mana...and doesn't even silence it first...8/4 body is god awful as well...
Zeriyah confirmed to me on twitter that if you play this card you must kill a legendary. So you would have to kill your own if the other player doesn't have one out.
Bad stats, costs too much for a removal card, requires having another dragon card in hand, dies easily to pretty much everything, and most good legendaries die to BGH anyway.
As other ppl said here, it doesn't even silence the legendary first, and using it on a clear board/board with only your own legendaries is even worse.
Bad, who the hell comes up with these ideas? I mean first Hemet Nesingwary and now this? It's marginally better but still BGH does the same thing most of the time for cheaper.

I dont know... it seems like BGH would be better.
Bad stats = bad?
Faerie Dragon welcome back to the meta
I'll get the usual out of the way.

7 mana slot? I will keep Dr. Balance there, thx
kill your own Sylvanas Windrunner instead of their Rag/KT?

Slow and steady wins the game..
not that good in arena, but very good in a dragon deck.
Lovely - if you can trigger it.

Hemet mark II, I believe.
Might sub BGH in dragon decks. Cool card tho, but probably wont survive a turn, battlecry will be the key thing if he is gona be playable or not.

Bad card IMO.
