So the text of the new card reads swap your hand with the bottom of the deck.
So here are some confusing things that happened:
One time after playing it it swapped, then again at the end of turn for some reason it swapped back... like that rogue card. Is this a known bug or logical for reasons I can't fathom.
I feel like the amount of cards I actually get are random, not based on current hand size. Does Finley just randomly choose how many cards are actually considered at the 'bottom'? Is there some weird math where only a certain percentage of your deck is drawn from? Maybe certain cards in your hand aren't real cards, according to finley.
It's supposed to give you the same amount of cards that are in your hand. It's basically another mulligan you can use at any time or with "bottom of the deck" shenanigans. What you likely saw was just an animation glitch or if you had Brann Bronzebeard it would replace your hand once, and then a second time.

It will give you less cards than are in your hand if there are too few cards in your deck. So for example if you swap 7 but have only 4 cards remaining, you'll only get those 4 cards. Other than that it will always swap your entire hand (excluding the Finley you played, of course).
