adding the amount of armor to this card would have to make it a guaranteed legendary. You'd be able to add like 7 attack with almost no effort at all and then just wreck everything. But who cares, every 'time' is still amazing when you factor in shield maiden and armor smith and just your dang hero power. I really want to give this a spin cause I'm pretty sick of the standard warrior minions at this point.

So this and spare parts now have an amazing synergy if you can keep a wild pyromancer and an armorsmith on the board. However I can't see a situation where a 5 health minion who ramps up attack is good for much more than hitting the face. Really wish it gained health but that would probably be overpowered.
An interesting note about the effect is that with the Armorsmith, the armor you gain is +1 per proc of her ability, so every time her ability procs, so does this minion's ability. Huge synergy with that regard; I'd say adios to Frothing Berserker since the vanilla stats are way better and it's harder to remove outright.
Sooner or later, someone will make it to Trolden's videos with that combo..

5 mana for 5/5 mech is already alright. but the ability makes it absurdly good. if you have armor smiths out and use a combo of whirl winds, bouncing blade etc. then you might be looking at an OTK style warrior again

Great card for tempo warrior, and synergy with shieldmaiden turn later is real threat.
Not bad, solid vanilla stats and an ability that's easy to take advantage off. Plus it's a mech, so that's always good.
5 health makes it tough to kill for most cheap removals, but "gain +1 attack each TIME you gain armor", not for EACH armor", makes it just "okay".
Not sure why my thread on this was deleted but as I said, it's a solid card + a mech.
