Was playing against a DR Rogue earlier who had 2 Necrium Apothecary down with one of them at 3 HP as well as three other tokens (1/1 minions). I was not at risk of getting a lethal the following turn, I had over 25 hp.
Clearly the optimal outcome would have been Mass Dispel knowing the deck. Hopefully as more and more Zephrys are played against DR, Mass Dispel will pop out..
I had the same problem yesterday where I lost a game due to Zephrys not giving me silence against an Apothecary. I think the reason is that Zephrys doesn't look at deathrattles, and therefore doesn't understand how important silence is in these circumstances. Still, DR Rogue is such a frustrating and highrolly deck that I hope that they fix this problem; I don't want to have to tech in silences in my Highlander decks.
Seems Zephrys doesn't know about deathrattles that are not on the card text. Necrium apothecary doesnt even have a deathrattle if it draws nothing. Sounds like he's due for a hotfix
The problem is the mana-cheat mechanic of apothecary. Zephrys doesn't consider a 4 mana deathrattle minion worth silencing. It doesn't consider that it is essentially a 9-mana deathrattle. Against Anubisath itself today I could get it to offer me Hex by reducing my mana to 6 before playing Zephrys.

Clearly they didn't adjust him nearly enough, if this is still a problem. Zeph can be a bit wonky a lot of the time though - got a lethal off of him yesterday where I just needed 2 damage from the 5 remaining mana - and for some bizarre reason he gave me two 2 damage options and one 3 damage option, despite Fireball being a thing. I mean, lethal is lethal, but he was giving me cards that made it easier for me to screw up a potential lethal play.

I played Zephrys on turn 6, hoping for a Mass Dispel . Instead I got Shadow Madness . Consecration and Shadowflame .

Here are my predictions in The Exhaustive Ashes of Outlands Card Preview.
I’ve had this same issue several times, where I’m specially looking for mass dispel against multiple worthwhile targets and it not being offered.

Or that. Yes, that makes more sense.
Is there a way to manipulate the board state to make Zephyrs offer silence?
Like purposely having 0 mana for silence or 4 mana for mass dispel?
They'll have to recode it. Zephrys can only see what's on board, he can't see what's in tooltips because it's not technically on the board.
Basically, pretend you were looking at the screen that the game was happening on, without control of the mouse. That is what Zephrys can see.
What's interesting is that recently the devs talked about updating Zephrys' interaciton with deathrattles:
"Adjusted how Zephrys values enemy Deathrattles." - from https://playhearthstone.com/en-gb/blog/23239986/
