it is not mandatory in control decks by any means, because control decks usually have enough high cost cards, so they have no problem having more than 3 cards in their hand at any time.
Could be a ridiculous finisher in some brutal slow priest/paladin deck that always goes to fatigue haha.
So far warlock is the king of aggro due to the superior card draw it inherently has. This card might help other classes, with better aggro class cards, to catch up.
Wow, at first I thought this card sucked until I realized it says at end of turn. This card will gain value even if it just draws one card let alone 3. This card is even good against other aggro decks considering that you get to draw from it first before you opponent can, and for your opponent to benefit from it, they can't kill it, letting you play your hand and draw from it again. In combination with Mechwarper, this just becomes insane value.
It's funny how people try to predict the effect of this card on the current meta in terms of control warrior and aggro types when in reality the current meta will be shattered into a million pieces by GvG. There's no guarantee that control warrior will even be a thing anymore after GvG comes out.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Seems rather interesting. Replenishes aggro deck hands, but requires you to play a 4 mana 1/4 to do so. Control decks can get a lot more draw, but it will require them to take a faster form to dump their hand faster. Could be especially interesting in Ramp Druid (Spend on Innervate/Wild Growth, then refill your hand) and some midranges.

There seems to be a good number people like you who says things like this. The current meta is all we know. Why can't we talk about the card in terms of it? What's even the point of this thread then? Not to mention, we're already saying this card will change the meta. Not to mention, we are the meta. What we say here represent what people will think is initially good about GvG. The control warrior will still be attempted when GvG first comes. And then the meta will gradually change to what actually works in GvG.
It somehow contributes to the expected aggro (yet non-swarmy) mech synergy decks and the presumed down side of running out of cards.. Yet, it has a symmetric effect, and since the meta is expected to head to more aggro tendency (hence both players would gain value out of it), it's fair to say that it is balanced in terms of mana, stats, and of course effect.

You can't harass members who play Face Hunter, nor are they compelled to make preemptive apologies or justifications for playing it. They don't hack or crack their opponents' game, they simply play existing cards that form a specific deck. If you suck at countering Face Hunter, you should blame the designers, not the community.
The fact the ability is at end of turn means you'll benefit from this card every time its played as long as your hand is small enough. And if your opponent answers it then they won't receive anything from this card. Certainly seems to be here to help fast paced aggro decks sustain their hand size. Potentially helps with the match up against slower control decks? You get immediate benefit from the card and force an answer from your opponent.
And of course I'm sure this and the other cards that revolve around your opponent's hand size could be fun in some kind of mill deck for when your opponent tries to dump their hand.
Am I the only person thinking of a midrange warlock with Summoning Portal and this card? Drop a hand full of 3-5 mana minions for 1-3 mana, and then replenish your hand to do it again next turn.
Zoo, or at least Warlock Zoo, would probably want this card much less than any other Zoo, as they already draw a lot and use cards like Soulfire and Doomguard.

I just noticed this as well from Hearthstones FB page. Seems interesting..
This is a potentially meta-changing card.
Wow, all those aggro archetypes (shockadin, rush shaman) now become incredibly viable.

interesting card. probably will be seen in some heavy rush decks.
Most meta breaking card so far imo. Nice find!

If an enemy is fatigued and has less than 3 cards in their hand, do they just instantly lose at the end of their turn to fatigue?
Edit: Don't worry- the answer wasn't in the OP when I asked.

Is this life?
Good question, the way it's worded, yes, the player will die.
"Nah, it draws you 3 Fatigue cards. (Works the same as Divine Favor.)"

Ah, that's a little disappointing. Would make a good finisher in some situations. I guess increasing fatigue damage still isn't a joke every turn.

Because zoo needs a buff.
It's not ogre till it's ogre.

The era of the midrange warlock is upon us...
