I just rated all the cards on a five-star scale over at Vicious Syndicate, and the differences between my ratings and the communities made me want to share my opinion. I'll be using their same definitions for each star rating.
A lot of my ratings will be 3 stars, because I'm optimistic, but not certain, about a lot of deck archetypes. And three stars is me being wishy-washy. But I think there's enough cards that I'll controversially put in other categories for people to tell me I'm an idiot, which is really what I'm after. ;-)
Cards within a category are roughly sorted from best to worst. But I didn't deliberate over the ordering here too much.
First, the category that will probably be the least controversial:
1 Star (Terrible; Unplayable; will not see light of day; e.g. Cloning Device)

First, the category that will probably be the least controversial:
1 Star (Terrible; Unplayable; will not see light of day; e.g. Cloning Device)
Next, the opposite end:
5 Stars (Meta-defining; Dominant, either as a build-around card, or a staple in many decks; e.g. Flobbidinous Floop, Zilliax)
2 Stars (Weak; Situational; Niche; Doubtful playability; e.g. Unexpected Results)
4 Stars (Very Strong; Definitely will see play; e.g. Spider Bomb)
And the mushy middle category:
3 Stars (Decent; has potential to see play; solid; e.g. Eternium Rover, Mechano Egg)
