I think it will become like mandatory in every deck and whoever draws it on curve will gain too big of an advantage over his opponent. That's why I don't like it.
Druids, as a whole class, and their mana ramp cards are specifically designed like that. A neutral card (even if it's a legendary one) that can give a mana crystal regardless of the class will be too hard, if not impossible, to balance.

The OP part isn't the mana, it's the draw. Before UI ramp Druids biggest problem was lack of draw. Once they played all their mana cards they didn't have man threats in their hand to use it on.

Fair point.
It is hard to understand why Blizzard decide to give so many insane draw to the class after decide nerf the 7 manas minion because was "unbalanced", the pre-nerf version of that card is a piece of s... in comparison with UI.

They fixed that with juicy melon. Ultimate infestation was too inconsistent
MTG have this card:
In Hearthstone it will be like 4 manas 2/2 Battlecry "Gain an empty mana crystal" and Deathrattle "Draw a card".
If exists will be too much strong?
Druid looks have too much unfair advantage in this game right now...
Everyone would run it.The new azure drake...or even better!
Too strong!
Just Another Legend Player#Kappa
Of course will be a legendary minion.
Still too strong. The cards insane in MTG where mana is easier to get and decks have 60 cards.
Now imagine that in a game where mana is scare (unless you’re druid) and you have Twice the chance of drawing something useful.
As a reference, OP means a card like this:
4-mana 2/2 mech with battlecry: gain one mana crystal and deathrattle: draw a card.
Yeah, he wrote that in his post...

I exist, I think.

There's already a druid card called Mire Keeper, and drawing additional card would be OP even if it has deathrattle. Too much value in one card.
I like elementals and totems.
