the new warlock project is not a very tradition project, projects are meant to be powerful effects to help both players. but this one seems different. warlock is a class that can usually not afford to lose a minion to a random demon, especially in the kinds of decks you would use this in. and even less if you are running Bloodreaver Gul'dan. so this card is not a powerful effect for both players, but rather a bad effect for both players. this would be more likely used in a fatigue lock that wants to screw up your opponents plan, and you would want to play this only when you have no minions in hand. i think this card is better that it hits your opponent, and would be made better to only hit your opponent.
because giving them a demon is not a very reliable thing, demons can range from game changing taunt walls, to charging aggressive cards, to completely useless passive cards with almost no effect. so this card is hard to use, and even harder when you are running valuable minions, so this card is definitly interesting and fun to play with, but i dont know how good this would be on your own minions, definitly a tech card, and not a very competitive one.
