1-mana: Actually good, pretty much the only mana slot where I see a positive result. Every single minion added that's 1 mana had good stats or a good effect, and Gravelsnout Knight won't hurt to get from a 0 mana minion
3-mana: Only 7 of the minions added in this slot out of the 19 actually have stat totals over 5. Oh, yeah, and there's Sewer Crawler
4-mana: Honestly pretty good. Worst cards at this slot that were added include Elven Minstrel, Duskbreaker, and Shimmering Courser, but besides that every other card is serviceable. I guess you won't be able to attack with Ironwood Golem if you get it but at least it's a taunt. Basically 12/15 cards added at this cost are good. (7 or more stats)
5-mana: Oh boy this one's bad. Fungalmancer, Possessed Lackey, Ixlid, Fungal Lord, Furbolg Mossbinder, Guild Recruiter, and I guess Arcane Tyrant are all just AWFUL. That's 6 out of the 11 5-mana cards added to the game that are just really bad to get from Evolve. Not only that, but there is not a single minion added at this slot that actually has vanilla or better stats. The best stat total for a minion at this cost added to the game is 10. Yup.
6-mana: Not that bad unless you get Seeping Oozeling or Spiteful Summoner. I guess Rin, the First Disciple isn't too good either, but it has taunt so I don't know if you can complain too much. Overall I think it actually increases the average stats you'll get at this slot. Not bad.
7-mana: Terrible. Silver Vanguard, Lynessa Sunsorrow, and Corridor Creeper are all bad. Especially the first two unless you have an 8-mana minion in your deck for whatever reason. 3/4 of the cards added at this slot suck really badly.
9-mana: Bad. 9-mana has always been bad to evolve into and it's not getting any better with the additions of Dragoncaller Alanna, Dragonhatcher, and Master Oakheart. That's 3/5 9 mana cards added that just suck. Don't evolve into 9 mana.
10-mana: No 10-mana cards added, this mana cost still sucks ass.

2-mana: Not bad, but two more 2 mana 1-1s have been added into the game Kobold Hermit, Murmuring Elemental as well as a 1-2.

8-mana: Eh. King Toggwaggle, Marin the Fox and Kathrena Winterwisp suck to get but the rest are decently statted enough or have good enough effects that they get a pass here. Especially Violet Wurm.
