It says spells that cost 5 or more will summon a 5/5 dragon. Does that mean the spell cost 5 mana, or if you use a card like Primordial Glyph and get a 6 mana spell reduced to 4, will that count? Is it the mana the card costs or the actual mana you spend?
I think that it works similar to Skulking Geist's core ability and it's inability to destroy 2 Mana cards when Sorcerer's Apprentice is active . If I am correct, the card will only care that the base Mana cost is above 5, and disregards any cost reductions (or penalties.).

I think it will only trigger if you spend 5+ mana, but not sure.

Blizzard which is found by Primordial Glyph won't count I believe, if it is your question. Decreased cost must be 5 or more.
cost in brackets refer to last cost I guess. Skulking Geist says "1- cost spell"
