It's a random minion no? it's like shadow essence then?
it's quite balanced in that it's random.. but it means warrior could play also big priest?
but this is a "new" mechanic.. which means we will get a lot of this one.. and it's a really bad designed mechanic which I hoped won't appear again :/ it makes highroll strategies more common which is BAD for the game.
At 6 mana it's too slow, unless you play a dedicated deck. At which point you could just as well play control warrior and have some early game and not ruin your important battlecry minions.
I hate the recruit keyword already. Way too much variance. =/ Wrong kind of RNG. Maybe others will be more strict and summon a "2 drop" or something.

hmm "recruit a 2 cost minion" from your deck, that seems about right actually but then it's quite MEH if it costs 2, like why not just play that minion then?
if it works like a search mechanic then it's alright then since it's not highroll but something you build around, this specific card could potentially see play if big warrior is ever a thing but CW got screwed with the FWA nerf.
Pretty clearly doesn't work with current decks or previous decks. Still, since we've seen so little of the set, we can't pass judgment on decks we don't know exist yet. The potential is there; it's just hard to see.
Recruit: Pulls a minion from your deck and put it into your battlefield.

EZ Big EZ Warrior incoming Kappa
if recruit works like discover this could be playable
Patch's effect for keyword.
Deceptively bad due to high variance.
Thinning works in Gwent, but wont work in Hearthstone.
I think this card is potentially game winning
Edit: Ben Brode explained that this card takes a random minion from your deck and puts it on the battlefield, like Y'shraj effect.
"As housecarl I am sworn to your service. I will protect you and all you own, with my life." - Lydia of Whiterun
Extremely powerful if it works like discover.... If not... Probably still good in a class that can survive early game
Does it pull it randomly, or is it like the discover mechanic?
If its the latter, Big Warrior will be a really cool deck.
If this is just "Discover a minion from your deck and summon it", I wonder if it really had to be a new keyword.

Big... Warrior??
Who goes thar?!
*cannon shooting sound*
I'm in charge now!
Just no, why would you play this at 6 mana? Warrior doesn't a have a tools to control the early game anymore.
My magic will tear you apart!

So it's Y'Shaarj, without the body, and it's only one time. Seems pretty bad, then !
This would be really good for Druid and their EZ Big deck.
Potentially strong because you can build around it, but it's gonna need some help I think.

This seems bad. Really bad. Like terrible.

Please Control Warrior come back
This is awful.
Let's assume that you design a deck with big minions so you can start "recruit"ing them via this card.
It will only encourage more psycho aggro in response, as no one wants to even let you live to turn 6.
