The barron geddon + jaina combo is too OP imo. Thoughts?
The deck itself is shit and you want to take away one of its synergies? Don't think so.
It is ok, since you can kinda avoid it....keep the board clear, since you can see it coming. It is the same with Velen and Spirit Lash, which has also an immense Healpower on a full board, but i think this a kinda acceptable control options.

Why on Earth it would not work? Barron Geddon is elemental and Frost Lich Jaina gives elemental Lifesteal. Its not even that OP
