Kind of interesting, could see constructed play in zoo or paladin, similar to Spawn of N'Zoth, which never saw play, average to below-average arena card.

Deathrattle is too tricky to use to power up a board full of minions. Your opponent will usually clear the board first, then deal with the buffing minion.
One of the only ways to make Spawn of N'Zoth work is to have it stick for 1 turn, then fill the board with minions on the following turn. But this only has 1 HP, so that'll be very difficult to do.
I don't think this is good enough to see any play, we've had cards in the past very similar to this and they never saw any play either so unfortunately not a good one.

I want a new title, but Flux won't let me have one,
Call To Arms?
comparable to Spawn of N'Zoth.
pack filler.
Eh, can be decent on zoolock or a token deck, but it's too slow.

No one played spawn of nzoth, this is no different. Call to Arms spaces are very tight.
Feel like it only needs 1 more stat to see play
Maybe an even minion heavy Mage deck will be a thing. This + a 1 mana ping isn’t bad. I can also see this working in warrior.
