i want to start out by saying Feral Gibberer is probably (probably not lol) going to be in every deck possible deck it can fit in due to its effects.
Its obvious strengths: Quest hunter, aggro, handcuff.
No so obvious strengths:
Quest rouge: If you are playing this against a non ping class or a unlucky person, you can finish the quest by turn 4 or less, and get yourself near infinite 1 mana 5/5s. T5: play crystal core, hit face for 15+ damage. T6: play new Feral Gibberers, hit face, near lethal? Best part about this is that with the new rouge secrets, you don't have to worry about running out.
Disco: What's better than discarding your own cards? Discarding Feral Gibberers... duh. Not going to make the quest viable though... definitely going to make it way more memier. Maybe your own cards never get hit and just these Feral Gibberers?
Razakaus: I don't think this will be a win more card In Razakus, but I do believe it can be good burst damage if saved to trigger your heropower. Maybe even infinite heropower triggers? Early in the game, play one of these, get two, get four, save the rest. Then when you play shadowreaper, you hit your opponents face, drop one hit your opponents face, etc. next turn, if they aren't cleared, you can do the same until you run out of board space!
Secret tech: way worse than Eater of secrets, flare etc. but can be good alternative to that when you don't want to play them in case of non secret classes. Maybe it will improve aggro winrate vs secret mage? (Activates mirror image, frozen clone, vaporize, explosive trape, freezing trap, and nearly every paladin secret.)
Hand lock synergies: This card really shines in hand lock when you have your hand filled up with these, and reduce the cost of mountains giant and make twilight drake stronger without having to hold onto other cards that aren't Feral Gibberer. This definitely won't make in, unless its a budget deck, but sure will be fun in it.
Psychic Scream: Imagine this: you are playing your home brew priest, going against a big, ugly, Big Druid. They have their board full with cards like deathwing, deathwing, dragon lord, and primordial drake. All you have are 7, measly Feral Gibberers. You play Psychic scream, and shuffle their deck back up with all these cards, including the 7 Feral Gibberers. Definitely better than weasel tunneler. Did I mention they draw those Feral Gibberers?

Priest is huge. Priest 99% run potion of madness. I don't think a 1 health creature can make it on its own without a powerful battlecry.
i think 60% of the time it's dead before it could do anything. 20% you've given a priest a good tool to use against you.
Only thing I really agree with is I think it would be decent in quest rogue... maybe.
We all laughed at snowflipper pinguin to, till we got crushed by it.
