So, I'm not really that well read on the whole lore and stuff, but I do think there was a hint in that video towards the end. So, when they get to that boiling thingy, Dave says ''Ooh, look! Somebody's cooking something!''. This leads me to think the Hero Card might have something to do with custom spells? It's a long shot, but, the way she laughed and the way they hyped it is really fun in my eyes, so I just wanted to speculate a bit.
Huh, so we will have only one hero card. Kinda pity, but I really like how the devs put Hagatha in the shaman class. Hexing stuff really does suit them well.
Kazakus was very fun to play and he's leaving standard, so I hope we get to see a similar mechanic.
So, the hero power for Hagatha could let you choose one out of three "ingredients" which then is added to a cauldron card that always stays in hand. So, for 2 mana, you add an effect to your spell that you can later play. If you use your hero power turn after turn, the cauldron spell card keeps getting stronger. I'm not sure about the effects, though, but they should be less powerful than Kazakus' 1 mana effects.
Yeah! Also, the way they were screaming ''OP, OP'' really leads me to think it will be a powerful, flexible card. I'm really excited for it so long as it has nothing with evolve, which I don't think it will because of the whole cooking part.
Hagatha is the set's only hero card. She's the main antagonist of the expansion so they wanted to make her a hero card so that she stands out.
Each class is getting 2 legendary cards like last time, but this time I doubt that what each class is getting is consistent throughout the classes. For example, Mage might get a legendary minion and a legendary spell for instance, but Warrior might get a minion and a weapon rather than a spell.

Yeah, it does seem likely considering there's only one Hero Card in this set.
Also if there will be no hero cards in this standard year, it means Shaman has the only one when KoFT rotates. but i assume that, they will probably fill other classes with other expansions.
Memedeck-seeker. Always tries to build new decks. Hates tournements, streamers, netdecks and poor-o players. ah, but a tournement mode could be great !!!
its not a hero card, lord j can't give you +5 armor and it can deal 15 damage to you aswell also dooesn't have an effective battlecry like heroes for sure.

It costs 8, it's a hero card, it's going to be more control minded. I hope something that works with the spell stone/overload. I dunno how but that's something that might be neat

Hey people,

Also, I'm at work.so..yeah.
Haha.

FML I did not see the other thread'' Hagatha the..''. Mods, feel free to delete this one if you have to..sad.
The Brode himself was really scared of its OP-ness. So probably something around "Your Charge Minions have +2 Attack."
Oh, cool! You guys combined our threads. Nice work mods! Everyone's happy that way! :)
Sen'jin approves.

Wonder if she turns your deck into witch spells, or some kind of ingredient to mix in the cauldron to create spells.
I bet the hero power is hex a minion (cause she's a witch)
I think I know what I'm talking about.
