Wait for the next expansion then see if the viability is low! There is probably less than two months untill the next expansion hits så DE cards now is not a smart thing to do!
What? disenchant patches? but why? Its perfect perfect for aggro decks. I usually dont disenchant legendaries unless they are really really useless but if I had to choose, probably last kaleidosaur or jungle giants
pally and warlock quest, krul and EHQ i think are safe to disenchant. however exp coming soon means things might change. Id say hold out till exp comes.
If I had to pick I would say lakkari sacrifice. I've played all the quests and it is the weakest. You never know though, next expansion could give it some cards to make it more viable. Krul and the last kaleidasaur are used in some decks but aren't top tier right now. Mostly just fun cards. Patches is a no for sure. Jungle giants is a good card and while not top tier either I think it's worth keeping. I would hold onto your epics. And Kazakus is a keep unless you don't play wild or you hate reno. Worst case scenario it's a swap for a basic legendary so you aren't out any dust.
Same advice here, keep most of them even if useless. Those quest will stay with us until end beginning of 2019 and as blizzard showed us they often try to support interesting archetype which did not work the first time around (think discard lock, beast druide, taunt warrior etc.) until the archetype get one viable list on ladder.
I think each quest will probably have its time under the sun at least for a one season.
Now if you really need dust now here is what you can disenchant without taking too much risk (in that order)
Emerald Hive Queen : Can't imagine a world where that card is a must have
<label for="field-poll-multi-choice-form-choices-krul-the-unshackled"></label>Krul is kind of all in card, most of the time you don't really want to vomit you hand on the board and pray the guy in front don't have either a burst or board clear
Dinomancy : card is not that bad and can offer a big burst but the card is very situational and quite expensive, will probably never see regular play
All the other cards are interesting keeps and will probably by supported in later expansions
A lot of people talking about Dinomancy but i think it is a good card though: first of all the mechanic is great! (buff the endless flow of beasts is just what you need building your board presence. Even now combo of Young Dragonhawk + Houndmaster + Dinomancy is great. But ofcourse this card is not in common use on ladder ATM. Or maybe i like it because hunter is my favorite class, idk. Still Krul and Emerald Hive queen are safe to DE i think.
I think it's safe to disentchant them all except for Patches and Kazakus. Patches is used in (almost) every Aggro Deck and Kazakus is still fun for Highlander Priest or if you play Wild (I unpacked a Golden Kazakus myself when Gadgetzan hit).
Now, concerning the other cards:
- I tried to make Lakkari playable in Wild where you have more dicard options and the Tiny Knight of Evil can really snowball hard if left unchecked. However, most of the time I discarded the wrong cards. Also, Warlock is pretty much dead in Standard and people who play Warlock in Wild will likely play Handlock, Zoolock, Renolock or a combination of those.
- The Last Kaleidosaur is a fun card but the Quest Reward is not game winning like others. It is more fun in Wild, too, with the Djinns. So, it's up to you decide if you want to go with the Pally Quest.
- Emerald Hive Queen is more an Arena Card and does rarley see play in Ranked
- Dinomancy is a fun card but not 100% needed for Hunter to work. In fact, I think Stampede is even slightly better.
- Jungle Giants is also a pretty bad quest. Does rarley see play in Standard. For Wild, there a better options, like the Aviana+Kun-Combo. Even Ramp Druid does not run the Quest.
- Krul, while a fun card, is also pretty bad and a safe DE if you need the dust. Even many Warlocks in Wild who run a Reno-Style Deck don't use him
However, as said before from others, future expansions could boost all the other cards. But if you in a dire need of dust, feel free to disentchant what you like.
Krul needs a very specific Renodeck build and it's pretty much pointless to use him, even though he seems cool.
Lakkari Sacrifice is hard to tell. I had a demon discard deck to play daily quests in casual and it's generally fun, but it's surprisingly hard to pull the quest through, as often you are forced to go heavy discard, which in turn makes you drop cards you'd otherwise keep, so it's kinda bad. Clutchmother Zavas, on the other hand, is a much better card for Discolocks.
Pally quest is slow and unreliable, although I would hold on to it if I had it, but only because I have Voraxx + 2x Primalfin Champion and we might get something in the new expansion that would make it work better.
Druid Quest is bad. I have it and still think about de'ing the hell from that crap. Extra slow with surprisingly low value. Same with EHQ (very bad card, one of the worst cards in Un'Goro and it's epic, lol).
Golden Kaza is for keeps, even if just for bragging rights.
Patches is a no-brainer keep.
Dinomancy - I'm not sure. Had two, de'd one and keeping the other. If we might get some sort of control Hunter, it might be great, but the problem is Hunter's hero power, which is a really good one. So if you have two copies, de one, keep the other, but seeing current meta, it's not a must have and you can de it.

So it's a few months into the expansion - which of these do you people think is safe to disenchant? Just want some advice
Check out my Custom Undead Expansion!
...Or my Custom Elemental Expansion!
None!

Isn't the next expansion going to block duplicates (you don't get legendaries you already have)? DEing is just pointless then.

Please don't touch legendary cards. Specially your Krul and Kazakus. But if you really should choose at least one. I would say the Emerald Hive Queen
Death to all who oppose the Horde!
