It's the battlecry that triggers the inability to attack heroes that turn correct? I just might include the Devilsaur in my quest druid if this is the case, seems like a neat combo
It's amazing how some of you still don't understand the most basic mechanics in the game. Yes, Anaconda skips Battlecries and let's him charge face. Just like how if Barnes summons a copy of Leeroy he has charge and no Battlecry.

It's amazing how some people still don't understand basic social etiquette, like how there's no reason to be shady towards people just trying to learn by asking simple question.
Anyway, yeah, I agree that's a pretty sweet combo! =D And I think Charged Devilsaur is underrated anyway. It'll be perfectly usable for board control in a pinch even if you have to play it yourself for full cost, and it'll be especially fantastic once you complete the Druid Quest and can nuke an enemy minion for free.

Yes, if the Anaconda dies on your turn and pulls out the devilsaur, he will be able to charge whatever he wants

Yes. The restriction basically only applies if you played it from hand. A lot of potential combos here.
