I’m looking at my list of legendary cards and trying to gauge who might be expendable in case I need some dust for Un’Goro stuff. My main classes are Priest, Paladin and Mage, though I occasionally don't mind a dabble with Hunter.
Baron Geddon -- Positive: Reclassified as elemental, so there’s a possible Un’Goro angle here; kills garbage, totems.
Negative: Puts hurt on you and minions; too late and iffy to combat pirates.
Hogger – Positive: Unlikely to be taken out of Standard. Ever.
Negative: Manawise, too expensive for too little, unless in a Grimy Goons buff deck.
Definitely dreadscale. As for the others i really would suggest you wait and ask this in a couple weeks when we actually know if any of these will be great to pair with some other unknown cards.
Why would anyone consider dusting Hogger ? Even if you only play it rarely, it is still a good and fun card, plus it is neutral, so more versatile than Dreadscale. If you really need that Dust, I'd go with Dreadscale - but it is probably wiser to wait and see. There are more card to be revealed, and don't forget you'll get more dust once some of the staples cards rotate out of standard.

Hogger is perfectly legal in Standard, too ...

... Oh wow ... It is so rarely play in Standard nowadays, I just poorly assumed it was, but you are right : Hogger is Standard approved. My bad. Thank you good sir.

6 mana 4/4 these days doesn't trade well especially with all these newfangled cards, even if does spawn an annoying extra.
I have considered both Hoggers as an alternate option to carrying Genzo in a Buffadin deck (I've gotten Genzo to 8/7 on turn 4; poor Druid burnt his entire hand too early), but decided on MSoG Reporters for the moment.

Hogger, Doom of Elwynn – Positive: Big body, big problem, spawns taunt if hit.
Negative: If hit factor; hard to find a constructed spot.
Genzo, the Shark – Positive: Early big threat in a handbuff deck; potential for aggressive decks.
Negative – I don’t play aggro, and those extra cards can go both ways.
Dreadscale – Positive: Baron Geddon Jr.
Negative: Wild only next month, class legendary.
Captain Greenskin – Positive: Buffs weapon; pirate synergy.
Negative: I don’t run aggro or pirate decks.

Genzo. Dreadscale is a good card if it was in any other class. Genzo sucks a lot even in arena
Dreadscale isn't in any other class. Burn it.

"What have you got there,
PinocchioMalygos?"None of these cards will ever compare to Dr. Boom Boom Boom Boom so you can just dust all of them
