So a lot of the new cards say: "Summon x on the board" or something like that. Can somebody explain me, why isn't it worded as "PUT on the board from x" ? We had cards like that i think. Like Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound and Barnes . The first one actually takes the card from your deck, the other just makes a copy out of nowhere.
So what will Patches the Pirate do? Will it summon a 1/1 every time a pirate is played until it's in your hand? I don't know if it's broken or not :D The problem is that there can be two ways of getting the card text meaning, if they are targeting new players (as they say), they should pick a line that's more suitable.
For me Summon is general word for "create new minion on board, no matter how (play, put from hand/deck, create by spell or minion)". Try Sword of Justice and Starving Buzzard by using all methods (Deathlord, Desert camel etc.)

It was very ironic when we didn't get to see what Patches the Pirate does on the stream...
Wording matters. Some minions only activate if you summon a minion but not if you put a minion (lol)
Otherwise, it is just inconcistency
Just remember the good times!
