So the Jade Lotus are being revealed to us and we've already been shown their leader - Aya Blackpaw. And if you go onto the voting page, you can see White Eyes waiting for to be revealed at the end of the week.
That got me thinking, could it mean that Jade Lotus will receive TWO tri-class legendaries? Because even though we're supposed to have one tri-class legendary as a leader per each faction, I simply cannot envision White Eyes to be a neutral card.
Not only he is a part of Jade Lotus, he is its figurehead, as claimed in the official Blizzard blog. We also know that he is Aya's "most loyal bodyguard and servant".
So could it be that Jade Lotus will have two tri-class legendaries? What do you guys think?
They mentioned Solia in the Kabal build-up and she ended up being the Mage legendary. It couldn't be clearer that White-Eyes will be a class legendary.
I thought so as well, but White-Eyes's art doesn't seem to have any kind of Shaman motif. He's in a warrior's pose, and there isn't any elemental magic in the portrait. My guess is that the Wednesday reveal is the shaman legendary, and White-Eyes will end up being neutral.

True, but Solia was always mentioned as a powerful member of the Kabal, never it's leader of any sort. Kazakus is one and only (no pun intended).
I do agree with all of you guys in saying that chances are that he will indeed end up being a class legendary - Shaman in this case by elimination - but he doesn't seem to fit thematically?
On top of that, I just can't get to accept that idea because he can't simply belong to one class, everything about him tells that he is dedicated to the faction. And that fact also makes it weird for me if he turns out to be neutral - he can't simply be used by other classes outside of Lotus, it is just thematically wrong on so many levels.
He's also most certainly not Restoration and I can't see him as Enhancement either, because since when did they ever wield two-handed swords and stalked the shadows? I just really struggle to grasp any sort of connection between White Eyes and Shaman.

Not necessarily. Madam Goya is the curator of the museum, and quite obviously Jade Lotus affiliated, but is nonetheless a neutral card.
What I'm hoping for........is that Rogue pulls a TGT Hunter, and gets two class legendaries.
But we don't seem to see either elemental or totem motifs. I'm not a WOW player, so I have very limited knowledge, but aren't shamans either based on totems or elements?

Since when are Druids weird-ass ghosts? And since when do Mages tattoo people? And since when are Paladins dwarves with cannons attached to them?
The Hearthstone people do whatever the heck they want. I'd bet a lot of money it's the Shaman legendary.

Pretty much, which is why it is so hard to place White Eyes in the Shaman box. So far every Shaman legendary card was somewhat, if not clearly, Elements-related (with The Mistcaller being the least thematic).
But yeah, to answer your question in WOW lore Shamans don't "conjure" their magic the way Mages do for instance. They "ask" of the Elements, and those choose whether to answer or not. Therefore Shamans are very connected to them.

You completely crushed my dreams here, sir. Well fought, I concede.
On a slight attempt to redeem myself though - we can somewhat explain Solia and her tattoos though. In Kabal blog they stated how they are inked with a special stuff that imbues the person with magic, so there you go, she's just providing the service being so good at it and wielding that sort of power. Druids summoning ancient Mogu king ghosts and Paladins having cannons on their bodies, however, is an entirely different topic...
He will definitely be the shaman legendary! No fucking doubt about it!
I hope this legendary will be broken good. He seems to have a lot of potential.
It's a shaman card, are you sure you want him to be broken?
Shaman has a ton of really fun archetypes that are just worse than midrange. Control and evolve are both such cool decks, and I would be fine with a nice legendary to make one of those two the popular shaman archetype. Hell, I would even take a murloc shaman legendary (not sure how this guy would be but neptulon wasnt a murloc himself either)

Seems like the shaman legendary to me.
i feel like more likely it'll just be more legendaries for the classes, not the gangs.
The best way to solve problems is to create more problems until you are dead
Well, they said there would be only nine of them in total, so that would make them llliaaars!
My custom cards thread here (53 cards)
No they said there will only be 9 tri class cards so he's probably the shaman legendary

Thats how it starts. The fever, the rage, the feeling of powerlessness that turns a good men...cruel.

Maybe he's not an Ele Shaman...

Shamans: No sense of right or wrong
