Hi. i'm playing combo renolock, freeze mage and malygos rogue. have all adventures (but nax only 3rd wing i think). have enough dust for another legendary. any advice?
Alternatively, should i instead craft epics? I have 0 brawls, 0 shield slams, 0 arcane blast, 0 forbidden healing, 0 cabalist tomes and 0 twilight guardians. These are the ones i am looking at.
I see Harrison Jones missing :) Oh, and Xaril, Poisoned Mind, which is nice and almost a must in Rogue decks. With Baron Geddon you can build a Control Warrior, so consider the Warrior epics too

Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!
There are two guides that should be able to help you out. Do a google search for "best legendary cards to craft hearthstone" PC gamer has a list and Reddit also has a more updated list.
If you like malygos rogue take a look at some malygos druid decks.
Of the cards that you mentioned I think Harrison or Cairne are the better two choices but I think there are better cards for your preferred type of decks.
Step 1. Find a deck that YOU ENJOY and can survive somewhat in the next couple months in this current meta with maybe a few revisions.
Step 2. Adjust said deck to what your play style might look like. You don't need to copy someones deck. Build your own, have some fun with it.
Step 3. Play test. I can't stress this enough. Play and play and play and then play some more with this deck. Learn its weaknesses and strong points. Capitalize on what you know about your deck and what you're facing. Guess what they're playing turn 1,2,3. (This doesn't tie into crafting, just in the deck.)
Step 4. Rank 1 legend achieved my friend. You don't need to play multiple decks. A lot of people in the past have shown this.

Think of a deck you want to play and build your collection toward it.
Make a list of 2 or 3 decks that interest you and then we can give you some advice.

I am not sure what decks to play. Thinking of crafting either ysera, cairne or harrison since they are classic and neutral.
Xaril is a trash outside Deathrattle Rogue, and deathrattle rogue is weak archetype nowadays.
Harrison is good to have, but it's too meta-dependent. Now he's ok, tomorrow he can become unplayable again.
About epics. You can craft missing epics (Brawls, ShSlams) for C'Thun Warrior if you like control playstyle.
Also you can craft Twilight Guardians and Grommash Hellscream for Dragon Warrior if you like tempo-oriented decks more.
Alternatively you can craft Arcane Blasts/Cabalist Tome? and play Tempo Mage.
A lot of options you free to choose.
Hall of Fame (ignore list): aleathas, Baylith, cendol, DiamondDM13, Dominieq, doomr, glitterprincess, hamtarofr, Heck, Jwigg33, Kaladin, Krewger, Legend_Entomber, libertyprime, Maukiepaukie, PandarenHero, randjob, s2mikey, SchruteBucks, The_Giratina, TheWamts, ticandtac, tictactucroc, tsudecimo, WaffleMonstr

I vote for epics.
