I think 9 mana 10/10 is way too weak to see play. If it costs nine mana it has to win the game. Same with 10 mana 12/12 There are 10 mana 12/12s that also bring all your dragons in your hand into play when they die and that one is barely playable. 10 mana +10/+10 to your C'Thun may still be too slow, but it could set up a two turn lethal so I'd call that usuable.
This card doesn't really exist to be playable. It exists so that effects that summon random 10-cost minions (Forbidden Shaping) have a chance of summoning a vanilla minion.
The actual card is powerful, but is expensive, slow, and clunky. As a general rule in hearthstone, cards that are both slow and expensive are terrible. So I gave it a battlecry that speeds him up while making him even more powerful and clunky.

Exactly this. This card exists to dilute that mana cost.
I mean, is this really the worst offender? This is the type of card we have in our card pool for arena. Sometimes you pick it based on the other cards you see, but that is about it. And honestly, that's ok. Not every card has to be fringe playable.
At that point in the game it isn't the stats that win (within reason, I'm not saying Alexstraza could be a 1/1 or that 100/100 is ok) , it's either the effect (powerful battlecry mainly) or lack of answers from your opponent (often due to being outvalued in slower matchups).
As others have said, there is a reason we have more vanilla mobs next to the more powerful ones.
Jokes aside, i think Faceless Behemoth doesn't really need a fix, if anything i would just add Divine shield to it, but have you tried playing the card? it may be a clunky vanilla minion and not the strongest card out there but Like Thaddius and The Ancient One it's big enough to request immediate answer and can cause your opponent to burn resources and it doesn't even need the stars to align to be summoned into the battlefield.
It's a neutral common, don't expect miracles. It's shit in constructed and actually pretty decent in Arena.
This is why control decks are so expensive for the most part. Low mana cost commons can be very powerful, high mana cost ones usually are abysmal. Bog creeper is like the only decent high mana cost common.

As of now, we have this: Faceless Behemoth, which is pretty much unplayable. Here are some options that I think would be better for this card:
What do you think?
I like to make cards and discuss game balance.
I enjoy when "No similar decks were found."

It's a goddamn common neutral card, what do you expect of it?

I agree that not every card has to be tier 1, but this is like tier 47. I would like all cards to be tier 1-3

Then we are fixing all unplayable cards (which are almost %60 of the cardpool)
