The vicious syndicate data has Dragon Warrior as slightly better, but it is very close. So, you should probably go with whichever class you know better.
Also, maybe try running Dragon Warrior with some other big legend in place of Rag and see how you like it? Rag is an important card in the deck; but it is not absolutely critical. You could sub another win condition card in for a test run. Obviously Yogg druid does not work without Yogg.
Even when crafting Ragnaros the Firelord would be a better investment of your dust in the long run (since this legendary will always be part of Standard), you should craft Fandral Staghelm. Why? Because Yogg Token Druid is a lot of fun, that is why. Praise Yogg!!!!
Look, I want to tell you something because you're very dear to me. And I hope you understand that it comes from the bottom of my damaged, damaged heart. You are the finest piece of ass I've ever had and I don't care who knows it. I am so glad that I got to roam those hillsides.
Token Druid is currently better for climbing (I went from 19 to 15 today) but I would still craft Ragnoros over Stagheim because it is neutral and usable in far more decks.
He's been useful all the way through several adventures and expansions. You drop him and he works his RNG magic. Fandral needs a setup and the proper deck. He's fun, but situational.
If you want to be competitive, Rag. If you want to have some fun, Fandral.
If you REALLY love token druid then you can go for Fandral, but the number of decks you can fit rag into, along with it being in the classic set mean you can get a lot more value for your dust.
Ragnaros Firelord with ease, it's one of the best 8 drops out there (not on this meta though) plus u can always use that card (classic card) and it's neutral.

People, how you dare to suggest crafting Ragnaros the Firelord instead of Fandral Staghelm? Fandral Staghelm is a key card in Yogg Token Druid and everyones loves playing with Yogg. This is unfogivable, you are scheming against our beloved god of death! OP, don't listen this traitors and join team Yogg!!!
Praise Yogg!!!
Praise f...king Yogg!!!

Ok, yeah, I will stop with this before someone starts calling me a troll or something just for doing some jokes (oh god, how I hate that people...). OP, just craft Ragnaros the Firelord, it is very obvious why you should do it, and many people already explained the reasons here.
Don't listen to him. Craft Yogg-Saron, Hope's End. If you praise the RNG god of Death enough, he will just consistently cast Unstable Portal which will give you Lord Jaraxxus, or any other legendary you need! Praise Yogg!

I'd craft Ragnors since he is a neutral AND he is from the classic set which means you will always get to fit him in a deck.

I had both legendaries for a long while now. Rag has been played more and in more decks.
So there's your answer friend:
Fandral Staghelm if you want to have more short term fun
Ragnaros the Firelord if you want a better long term investment of your dust.
