He was one of my first legendaries. I have been trying all sorts of ways to use him but in the end i always end up deciding it's just not good enough. Save yourself the trouble and don't worry about him for constructed. Save him for brawls or in case some genius figures out a competitive deck with him.
His ability is not the problem. I could definitely find use for him in low spell tempo decks. My problem is his 0 attack. Makes him basically 2 mana heal face for 4. If only he were a 2/3.

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
I don't have it but if I did I would try it in a shaman Evolve deck with Master of Evolution. for a 2-drop it is hard to kill and would effectively counter cards like Mana Wyrm.

Do you know any good\fun decks that use Lorewalker Cho?
I've made this standard deck with lorewalker cho. It's nothing great but it's fun once in a while. Work in progress.
Blood Imp
Flame Imp x2
Zealous Initiate
Dark Peddler
Lance Carrier x2
Lorewalker Cho
Pint-Sized Summoner
Acolyte of Pain
Darkshire Councilman
Disciple of C'Thun
Imp Gang Boss
Spawn of N'Zoth
Twilight Elder x2
Shadowflame
Ancient Shade
Defender of Argus x2
Summoning Portal
Tournament Medic
Abomination
Anubisath Sentinel
Big Game Hunter
Crazed Worshipper
Dread Infernal
North Sea Kraken x2
C'Thun
There's only room for one Cannoli King and one Big Boss.
Run him in a rogue deck with Trade Prince Gallywix and King Mukla for fun.
