Blizzard doesn't like to nerf or buff existing cards unless it is necessity. That's is why they brought "rotating out" mechanism to the game. If you are not happy with some of the existing cards wait until they rotate out.
A lot of these are just responses to the current meta. Hitting cards just because they are powerful isn't good balancing, often they are strong just because there are no answers either available or in the currently popular decks. The most legit nerf out of all these is probably Execute, since dealing 1 damage is so trivial.
There is also an alternative to buffs/nerfs and that is to set your starting health total higher, say 40 so that it's harder for SMORc decks to work vs control match-ups (current meta state in std). There are lots of things that could be changed nevertheless.

I imagine you put much less thought into this post than the Hearthstone team put into making the cards in the first place.
The team balanced and reworked lots of cards in the past so it's not anything unusual. I just ran through the cards list and stated my opinion on how the game could be/have been better if the cards were to be like this. It's not perfect or playtested or anything.

Not even for Call of the Wild. Blizzard's team doesn't make ANY mistakes when it comes to balancing because of all the thought and time and effort they put into it. And even if something might be a bit unbalanced, it'll just rotate out in two years or be balanced by a card in a new set in six months, so it's okay.

I'm going to be optimistic and assume you're being sarcastic here, because obviously Blizz make design and balance mistakes and the excuse of "it'll rotate out of Standard eventually" is BS for a variety of reasons.
On OP's list: Most of these changes don't address the core issues with the cards (in the few instances that the card listed is actually problematic) and are lazy stat/cost tweaks.
AExecute and 477 are the only cards that need nerfs imp. Execute the most since its in the Basic set. Everything else are just examples of good cards or bad cards that just need others to compliment them.
I'm not against the idea of theoretically imagining how the game could be more balanced if they changed some cards around. Some of these are totally unnecessary (like Violet Teacher), but it would be cool to try the game out with some of these changes and see how it's different.
The main one I would love to see is Savagery. I think it would be cool to turn a worthless card into a combo-oriented board clear to give Druid a new tool.

Everytime that I see a person complaining about nerfs and buffs of cards that are ok I lose 1 year of life expectancy.
Increased to 2 years when it is about Flamewreathed Faceless or Call of the Wild.

Kappa is a mythological Japanese water deity. Kappa were mischievous and often vicious, but no one ever described them as sarcastic.

Good job! Agree with changes. They are fair.
Some people are so annoying with their *Oh Blizzard are so cool. Oh everything is fine. Oh dont suggest anything .*
