I have Cenarius, Lord Jaraxxus and Nozdormu. What (Legendaries) should I craft in current meta (I play only standart).
P.S. I better enjoy playing decks, where you need to think instead of just throwing everything on the table (Zoo), but feel free to write your suggestions.
Thanks.

If those are the only legendaries you have, I personally think that c'thun renolock would be the best choice for you. The reason being is that 5k is enough to craft the twins and other necessary epics and rares
I feel like it would help to know which classes you prefer to play as well, but, for what it's worth, my first craft-it vote goes to Sylvanas Windrunner, she's not only incredibly valuable right now, but Classic set and neutral so goes pretty much everywhere for infinity and beyond. Plus, mindgames whenever she's out.
You should craft some classics for now, but it depends mostly on what class you want to play. Sylvanas Windrunner is the only neutral legendary from classic that I'd craft in your place, it can be used in a lot of decks that usually need more "thinking" like you want.
I used to play a lot control priest, but now a huge part of cards I used is unable to play. Ive been searching for a deck like that since new update, but i havent found anything pretty yet.

I guess you should try Fandral Beast Druid, you already have Cenarius so it's quite easy to make it. And it's strong and funny deck for ladder too. Hope that i helped :)
Do what decks you find the concept of interesting. will make any gameplay/grinding to legend a hell of a lot easier. If you have a favoured class, make it good instead of changing (unless of course your favourite class is literally unplayable in the meta)
If you like to play Pala or Warrior their class legendaries might be a good choice as well.
When will the HS community ever get over this "versatility" BS. Either you play the most powerful version of a certain deck, or you don't. Either a card is part of that, or it doesn't. You can't bring more than one deck to a single fight anyway, so all you need is those 30 cards. Whether they only go in this deck or in all decks is irrelevant.

I politely disagree. People have different ways of playing this game. Some people build a couple of decks, and try to make it the best it could be, and kudos to them. Some people play different decks all the time, and want their precious dust to go into a card that can be used in more than one deck, and to them the versatility question is extremely relevant.
Make some research and find 3-4 decks that looks interesting and competitive and have some cards in common and go from there. The more deck lists you look at and read about. the easier it is to see what cards are more important to your goal than others. That's what I did and I haven't regretted any of my decisions, because I put the time and research into it. There's no point in crafting cards you don't know how you're gonnna use.

I play for fun. I don't rank very high.

You should check out strifecro's pirate warrior. I'm using a budget version of this deck and it's quite good https://manacrystals.com/decklists/398-strifecro-s-pirate-warrior
