I really like this deck. Played 19 games with a 47% win rate, but I really like this deck. ;-)
I'm lacking the two Bring It On! cards, so I've been playing with one Plated Beetle and one Gluttonous Ooze. Got any better ideas for substitutions? On the topic, I like using my Prince Valanar card, but it feels like he underperforms here, given that we're rarely below 30 health.
The deck often feels like it needs more card draw, to line up those sweet Dead Man's Handcombos, but you also want to be low on cards if you do get the Brann+Coldlight combo lined up.
I experimented with a few replacements for my two missing Bring It On! cards. The two I like best so far are Hoarding Dragons. They are a 5/6 body for 4 mana that gives your opponent two coins on deathrattle. The upside is that these are strong bodies to get pulled back by (one more more) N'Zoth, the Corruptor plays. The two coins can help you in milling your opponent, if you trade it just before playing Coldlight Oracles. They can also encourage your opponent to overplay, just before you Brawl. There are downsides of course, like giving coins to Raza priest, but I thought I'd share this idea.
Yeah, I still have the deck saved, but only play it for warrior quests. I replaced Hoarding Dragons with Deathlords in my most recent version and I think it plays a little better, but it's still around a 50% WR deck for me. The deck strategy remains a lot of fun though and who knows what might become viable with future card changes?
Nice deck mate, thanks ;)
Nice idea.. i would never come up with this
70% against beginner's innkeeper, not against ladder filled with tempo/aggro decks
Sorry I came across as a douche I must say. I'm a big fan of control warrior but it does seem that every other class do everything better in every archetype.
I think this deck might need some removal for Big Priest Minions and maybe Reckless Furry.
Yeah, I'm having the same problem too!
Even though this deck is supposed to outvalue your opponents with Dead Man's Hand (in theory), I keep getting overwhelmed by one Big Priest after another.
Advertises "gain as much armor as possible", doesn't include Justicar Trueheart in a control warrior deck. :O
Called Justicar Trueheart a 'male'. On behalf of all control warriors, we are offended! :D
You only played 9 games and still tried to advertise your 89% winrate? You can't be serious.
I don't have valanar, would justicar be ok? At least before the quest finishes
