Hello guys, it's me RenoJackson with another unique take of a deck that I piloted to Legend: Divine Shield Paladin with Bolvar, Fireblood. Before the expansion, I managed to hit rank 3 with ~70% winrate, and the deck just got a whole lot better after KnC hit. I managed to hit legend with a crazy 73% winrate. It performs really well against the overall field (especially Recruits Paladin and except for Big Priest and Psychic Screams). Call to Arms is an absolute powerhouse; and I don't think I need to remind you to not keep Dirty Rat in your opening hand to enable a potentially backbreaking turn 4.
Stormwatcher is such an underrated card. It ends the game by itself with a buff and allows Corpsetaker to mass heal or end the game herself. Also a 4 attack minion that is crazy hard to remove for Priest.
Lynessa Sunsorrow is OP (and hawt). Call to Arms is beyond OP.
Try Millhouse Manastorm.

This is a fun deck that is also very good!
This can easily be transformed into a standard deck and is a decent way to finally play Lynessa there, I love it.
I just exchanged the Shielded Minibot, Loatheb and 1x Stormwatcher with 2x Tainted Zealot and 2x Corridor Creeper. I got decent results at about 60% winrate and a good performance against the aggro decks. You often have no play until turn 3, but with Tainted Zealot and Consecration you get nice board clears. The deck has problems against Control warlock though...
It happens to me that Call to Arms is a dead card or partly dead. Even the first casted sometimes isn't recruiting the full 3 minions. With only 6 1-or-2-cost-minions in the deck, the power house somtimes lacks its full power.
Does anybody encounters the same?
Hi! Interesting deck.
Whats is the archetype of the deck? Mid range?
Sure Bolvar, Fireblood is a great card, but I'm not into it. Thoughts on a replace? thx
I'm going to try it with -1 Wickerflame Burnbristle -1 Bolvar, Fireblood/card] +2 [card]Chillblade Champion because I don't have those legendaries.
Edit: don't know why the card formatting isn't working, sorry.
Update: just played a few games and it took me from rank 6 to 5 without too much trouble. I'll be playing it more to see if I have any luck grinding towards legend. I'm playing a 'budget' deck, but it feels strong to me. I also took PainlessSteel's recommendations, so overall my list is:
I haven't tried it with Wickerflame and Bolvar of course, but the 2x Chillblades feel really solid. They let you keep the pressure up against slower decks and sometimes they give you lethal. It's also good having 2 minions with lifesteal because the Corpsetakers are more likely to get lifesteal.
You missed a front bracket at the Fireblood part, that's why.
It appears that way, but when I go into edit, the front bracket is there. /shrug
I replaced with The Voraxx.
Oh mama, that deck seems so everpowered, but it's a shame i got like 1/3 of required cards.. :)
Here's my upvote
Dirty Rat is pretty situational: sometimes it helps (priest conceded once after I pulled his Barnes on turn 2), sometimes it destroys the game (when it comes to starting hand and pulls out a strong creature).
And Call to Arms is OP sometimes (on turn 4), and sometimes it does literally nothing (when there are no more low-cost minions left).
So for me it's:
–2 Dirty Rat, +2 Annoy-o-Tron
–1 Call to Arms, +1 Divine Favor
Anyhow, the deck is superb! That 70+% winrate is just neat for climbing.
Blood Knight replacement?
Amazing synergy with Call to Arms
It's not terrible when drawn either, unlike Millhouse.
Call to Arms will cheat them out without battlecry
Is there any room for the paladin legendary weapon?
And what would you take out
And millhouse manatsorm a good addition or to risky?
I deem Millhouse too risky but I don't have the card so. Spellbreaker is a flex slot so you can take it out for the weapon.
Also why are you guys downvoting him?
Hey =) Seems so good to me, thank you!
But I dont really get the dirty rat. Can you explain the use?
Edit: Ah, got it.
Awesome deck, wish I had the cards to play it.
