1. Hold out as long as you can with a flurry of freeze spells and Polymorphs.
2. At the same time, whittle them down slowly with your hero power and spells from Cablist's Tome, Primordial Glyph, and Shimmering Tempest.
3. Finally, finish them off with a stunning 2-turn otk with double Pryoblasts.

Eater of Secrets helps remove an annoying Ice Block against other freeze/burn mages; save it for the end.

Medivh, the Guardian can help summon a few minions to force out their removal cards.

So far, I'm 7-0 with this deck. Remember to mulligan for one of ten early game freeze cards.
