Replacement for Medivs Valet?

With the new extension, I would like to do :

-2 Mirror Entity, +2 Explosive Runes

(Not sure about that, because Mirror Entity allow several turns of damage, not Explosive Runes...)

And add Aluneth, but don't know what taking out...

Jaina is a hard control card while this deck is quite an aggressive/tempo archetype. I don't think it would fit well in it.

Almost rank 3, awesome deck. i would add an iceblock for that extra turn that give you lethal next turn. Plus he wont know what secret would that be :D
