Tech choices: Barnes ~ Sylvanas Windrunner ~ Deadly Shot - Feugen - Stalagg - Sneed's Old Shredder - Savannah Highmane - Professor Putricide - Bear Trap - Snake Trap - Play Dead - The Lich King - Ragnaros the Firelord - Call of the Wild - Snipe
I don't have Feugen and Stalagg on NA so I replaced them with Sylvanas Windrunner and Play Dead, still sitting at rank 2.
The current version I listed is the one I used to reach #11 legend on Asia. You either play Barnes or Loatheb, they suck together.

Replace Highmane with Cairne Bloodhoof for maximum Priest hate.
Deck stats:
The secret package is to me the strongest tempo tool that Hunter has early game, but the problem is that it has nothing to follow up. N'Zoth, the Corruptor is a strong late-game package, especially if you can make extra copies of him. The strength of the deck lies in its sheer resilience and its ability to apply constant pressure to the enemy (ding dong Reno Priest!) while can hold out its own vs tempo decks.
Deck guide:
Mulligan: Secretkeeper, Mad Scientist, Cloaked Huntress
Matchup specific (keep if you have a decent hand)
Bear Trap: Warrior, Druid, Zoolock, Shaman, Rogue, Paladin. Unlike other cards in this list, this card is a definite keep.
Venomstrike Trap: Druid, Rogue, Warlock, Hunter. Great keep with Bear Trap.
Cat Trick: any control deck, Giant Hunter
Snipe: possible keep vs Priest, Control, depend on if you hit a good curve
Tracking: Giant Hunter (you don't want to play a Tracking turn 1)
Freezing Trap: Giant Hunter
Sylvanas Windrunner: Definite keep vs Giant Hunter, Big Priest. This, Freezing and Venomstrike effectively shuts down a Giant turn. Unlike Giant Hunter, Big Priest won't ever need to test for Freezing and Venomstrike, so you need to steal their big minions. Sylvanas + Play Dead = yummmm.
Piloted Shredder, Professor Putricide: Priest. Shadow Word: Death is often the only clean answer to a turn 4 naked Putricide.
Deathstalker Rexxar: Paladin, control decks, Druid if you have a good curve
Explosive Trap: Paladin, maybe Druid. You often don't want to have to play this card, because even if you play it with Cloaked Huntress the opponent will probably trade into the huntress first. It's best when pulled out of Mad Scientist for surprise board wipe.
Eaglehorn Bow: keep only with a good curve. Paladin, Shaman, sometimes Rogue, have annoying 3 health minions. Multiple bow charges are crazy vs control when you can keep smorcing with it.
One thing people always get wrong about the deck: YOU DON'T PLAY EVERYTHING ON CURVE. You DON'T always play a turn 1 Secretkeeper, nor you don't always dump every secrets down with your Cloaked Huntress. The deck runs out of gas quickly if you don't try to maximise value out of your early drops. Some secrets go terrible with each other (for example, Bear Trap and Freezing Trap, Freezing Trap and Explosive Trap), some secret might not even proc at all (Bear Trap vs Priest). If you have a turn 3 Huntress and a turn 4 Putricide, you'd want to hold on to some useless secrets for later value (you'd want to do that anyway even without Putricide, because multiple bow charges are crazy good, guaranteed damage, and Secretkeeperis a thing too). If your Secretkeeper is just going to get traded for free, don't play it. For example, if an Aggro Druid plays double 1/1s turn 1, you know pretty well your Secretkeeper might just die for nothing. You might as well coin Bear Trap, he'll hit face to check for Explosive which leaves you with a Bear, then play Venomstrike Trap to shut down his turn 3 Crypt Lord.
TIP: Take Charge along with Deathrattle from Build-a-Beast for a sneaky N'zoth lethal. Otherwise take lots and lots of Deathrattles or Heal.
Alway try to throw your high value drops away to fetch extra copies with Stitched Tracker. You'll probably want to play multiple N'zoths.
What to look for with Tracking?
Myth: Is Tracking a terrible card? Absolutely not! As a Hunter, you'd want to win before the cards you discarded even matter, and Tracking does exactly what Hunters want to do: keep up the pressure. It eliminates the dead draws (N'zoth on turn 5 vs Pirate Warrior, shit secrets vs Control, so on) and ensure the consistency that this deck desire. With both Stitched Tracker and Tracking, you'll want high value cards like The Lich King, N'Zoth, the Corruptor, Sylvanas Windrunner or just another Tracker vs Control, taunts and secrets that fits the situation vs tempo. Tracking is usually not good when casted early in the game, except in matchups you just need to absolutely hit the card to win the game (Big Priest, Giant Hunter).
Remember, this deck is a Hunter deck, therefore put the pressure on their life total when you have the initiative (that means SMORC), just do what you do best when you can, except if a certain card can prove detrimental, like Bonemare or Lightbomb.
Update: rank 1 now. This deck is strong vs Priest.
Update 2: I GOT LEGEND!!! PUTRICIDE OP OP!!!
What are good cards to replace [card]The Lich King[/card] and Cairne Bloodhoof?
Can i put in Arfus?
100% crap. Rank 3 atm. losing to all priests
This deck works so well for me!
9-1 (90% wr) after my first10 games on rank 5/4.

I'm rank 4 right now with 61W-27L since rank 25.

I got to Rank 5 with this deck.
And guess what? My match from 6 to 5 was against OldLady!
Thanks for this deck. Keep up the good job. Really appreciate it.
Cheers mate!
Have only played 7 games with the deck at rank 10 but have gone 5-2 (now at rank 9 3*). Beat Aggro Shaman, Jade Druid, Prince Rogue, Dragon Priest, and Demonlock so beats a wide range of decks and so far has been a blast. Dropped Professor Putricide and added in Loatheb due to not having Professor.
huh so weird that a midrange deathrattle deck does not run Savannah Highmanes
Tfw Highmanes are not good enough anymore lol
My newest version reached the highest rank of #11 on Asia.
I run the deck without Prof. and its %62 over 50 games..
Why Barnes?
The list has plenty of deathrattles that makes Barnes attractive
What about Finley?
Finley cancels your DK hero power
I'd recommend crafting him, but if you can't yet, you can replace with any high value card or deathrattle
Whats was the reason for the recent changes?
Meta shifts?
Countering a certain deck?
Better overall performance?
This is close the the version a friend of mine is having success with at rank 4 yesterday.
