Welcome to the Feast of Wizardry. This deck -- this wondrous Tavern Brawl -- makes for some interesting possibilities, especially given the 1-cost Peruse card mechanic, which when combined with Radiant Elemental costs 0, which when further combined with Lyra the Sunshard gives you an extra spell, which with other Radiant Elementals may cost even less. And thus the cycle continues until your turn ends and you have a full hand that causes spells to be killed, especially after playing spells that give you spells besides those granted by Lyra (e.g. Mind Vision). All spells must die.

If that weren't enough, Emperor Thaurissan -- bless His Majesty -- lowers the costs of all the cards in your hand (which after performing the Lyra Concerto is full), even further satisfying the conditions for that Concerto. When you play Shadow Visions, the only spells you can get a copy of are Power Word: Shield, Resurrect, Shadow Visions again, Shadow Word: Pain, and Eternal Servitude -- each of which further develops the Concerto. Not to mention that 4 out of 5 of those spells cost 2 or less, which means with 2 Radiant Elementals on the board they cost 0. Resurrect and Eternal Servitude can give you even more Lyras and Radiant Elementals, causing even more spells to die.

Shadow Word: Pain is useful for eliminating your opponent's bothersome minions in the early game, along with Shadow Visions which can give you more pain. You must survive the early game so by turn 7 or earlier the Lyra Concerto can commence, after which your win is assured. Even with no board clear spells in this deck, Lyra will give you some, and Shadowreaper Anduin can eliminate powerful minions if necessary.

There is a very good chance your opponent is playing Reno Jackson. If so, after playing Raza the Chained and Anduin, go for his/her minions before face and stock up the board so that in one turn with board control and a full hand that continually cycles via Lyra you can OTK, 2 damage per card played. If Reno isn't in your opponent's deck, then feel free to go face all you want. Even without Reno in your deck, Lyra will give you enough healing spells. Moreover, Lyra will give you your opponent's cards via Mind Vision, Devour Mind, etc., which are much more efficient than Archbishop Benedictus as you can harvest your opponent's cards in turn rather than gamble on the discover mechanic before turn. In my most recent Brawl with this deck, I was able to OTK with my opponent's Holy Champions buffed by healing spells obtained via Lyra.

I logged into Hearthstone today and was given the daily quest Spell Master (play 40 spells). After playing my first Brawl with this deck, that quest was fulfilled.
