Whats up guys!
Rank 10 to 5 with 80% winrate!
Today i discovered that the "Token Druid" isn't dead yet! Of course innervate is not playable anymore but i figured out a decklist that brought me a amazing winrate of 80%! Went 16-4 from rank 10 to 5 within around one hour! That's the reason i need to share this amazing decklist with you guys!
Proof of my winrate: https://imgur.com/a/UwLkz
Rank 5 screen: https://imgur.com/a/Yr7IG
Why this deck?
Token druid has been super good before the nerf of innervate. After the nerf it felt dead, but it isn't. Since there are a lot of Rogues around by now this deck performs really well. Priest has always been the biggest fear of Token Druid, but since Rogues beat Priests there are not many Priests around. 6-1 against Rogue is really good in this meta. I even won games where my opponent played Prince Keleseth twice in turn 2!
Mulligan:
Always mulligan for: Snowflipper Penguin, Bloodsail Crosair,Enchanted Raven, Fire Fly, Druid of the Swarm, Golakka Crawler, Mark of the Lotus.
Matchups:
Priest 1-1
Priest is the worst matchup you could get besides Taunt warrior i guess. There is not much you can do. Do not try to play around board clears since you can not get enought tempo if you do so. If they are able to remove your board you lost anyway. Just go ALL IN!
Rogue 6-1
One of the best matchups. Do not fear Prince Keleseth! If you get early tempo you can win easily! They only have Backstab and SI:7 Agent to counter your board. Make sure to go for 3 health on your minions. Use Deathspeaker for smart trades. Living Mana is OP against rogues aswell!
Druid 5-0
Ezpz. Only Wrath and Swipe could come your way. Getting a early board with only 2-3 low minions can be the key. Bringing them out of range before they hit turn 4 with Swipe is important tho! Most of them don't even run Spreading Plague anymore so don't fear that card too much! You got this!
Shaman 2-1
This can be a difficult matchup. Try playing around Maelstorm Portal and Jade Claws, you really don't want to end up losing the board. Bittertide Hydra is good to make pressure. If they draw into devolve you are fu**** so i recommend keeping at least one buff to rebuff a devolved board.
Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Warlock
Since i already listed the most common matchups ill get those together here. Only faced one of those decks so its really not something you should concentrate too much. Always go for board pressure. Mage is tricky because of the ton of heavy boardclears if they do play control mage. Hunter, Paladin and Warlock (Mostly Zoo) is just about the board control since they do not even run boardclears.
Warrior? No clue. Haven't seen a warrior in ages.
Card Choices:
Snowflipper Penguin: Since we lost innervate this dude is amazing to get tempo since he is just costing 0 mana. You will see what i mean if you do play this deck!
Bloodsail Crosair: Easy Patches pull. Good to remove Jade Claws and Rogue weapons. Amazing tempo card.
Enchanted Raven: 2/2 beast for 1 mana? GET IN MY DECK!
Fire Fly: Really good value with our buffs. Buffed ones it's a 2/3 which is hard to remove for any class.
Mark of the Lotus, Mark of Y'Shaarj, Power of the Wild: Thats the "Core" of the token Druid. Buffs are amazing since we can spam the board so easily.
Dire Wolf Alpha: I really like this guy. The 2 extra damage can change a game if you trade wisely and this guy is always something your opponent really wants to remove.
Druid of the Swarm: Always go for the 1/5 taunt. Really good card to coin out. Amazing with Mark of Y'Shaarj.
Golakka Crawler: Really Really REALLY good against Rogues. Beats their Patches and Swashburglar easily. 3/4 in turn 2 is mostly overkill for them.
Deathspeaker: Its kind of a tech card. I myself really started to like this card since you have to do a lot of trades with this type of deck. After trading without losing a minion this is still a 2/4 body which is quite good.
Savage Roar: Our finisher! Nothing more to say about it.
Tar Creeper: A good taunt. Makes it easy to build a board with having Tar Creeper protecting it.
Bittertide Hydra: Bittertide Hydra is so strong! Face is the place mh? Gives you a lot of pressure.
Druid of the Claw: This guy is amazing, depending on the situation a 4/4 charge can close the game or a 4/6 taunt can protect your board!
Living Mana: Well this card is one of the strongest spells in the game. Often finishes opponets just by playing it!
Patches the Pirate: Well you simply run Patches since Bloodsail Crosair pulls it out of your deck. 1 mana 1/2 and 1/1 charge is amazing, even better with the ton of buffs we have.

This is a nice deck but it isn't 80% winrate anymore than Toast's rogue deck is 100% winrate. dschmittHS (who is a god of aggro druid) took a similar deck to high legend. Here are some things I learned from him.
Aggro druid is unfavored against priest and exodia mage. If you're running Crypt Lord you may as well run Crazed Alchemist to kill doomsayers as well as YUGE damage from said crypt lords.
Cut the Bittertide Hydra. They are slow and make your matchups much much worse. You really don't need more targets for Mark of Whysharjay. Even Cobalt Scalebane which is a better replacement for hydra in this deck is too slow. Don't even think of adding flappy bird either. I'll be watching you!
If the face plays taunt, still go face. Add a dash of Spellbreaker or a second Swipe to the mix for best results. Memes aside, you may still have to make smart trades sometimes.
If there is a pirate on the board and you want to play Golakka Crawler, you must eat it. Keep this in mind before buffing your own pirates.
Evolving Spores can be useful, especially when you have a nice wide board.
Play Living Mana when you need to, not when you want to. If you think having your mana treants hit with Devolve or Mass Dispell is bad, wait until you find a rogue with Vanish.
So u wanna say it's better to replace hydra for 2 Cobalt's and one Spellbreaker for pinguins and Crazed Alchemist for Swipe is wasy better?
Actually I'm saying that you shouldn't have either Bittertide Hydra or Cobalt Scalebane in a penguin deck as both are too slow. If you don't want to go all in, I would suggest not using Snowflipper Penguin at all.
I think even Crypt Lord is slow for a deck like this, but if you are going to use it, you may as well get the best use out of it by playing Crazed Alchemist too. Buffing up a CL and then turning its immense health into attack is amazing. Like I said, I probably wouldn't run CL but I wouldn't even think about including it ever if not for the Alch. Even including one turns a CL into a useful card against control where it's otherwise useless. Since this deck includes the Crypt Lord, it needs to include Crazed Alchemist.
Now about Swipe: You don't need Crazed Alchemist to make it work but it can be useful sometimes. Swipe is used to get extra reach on whatever target you need whether that's to make better trades, get around taunts, or 4 more damage to face.
Spellbreaker is just wonderful because silence is overpowered. Being able to remove a taunt so you can go face is just one great thing but there are so many other uses for silence. Having it gives you so many more options that you wouldn't have otherwise. It has a single downside (aside from the obvious 4/3 body for 4 mana) but if you wish to play it and there is any other minion on the board, you must silence it similar to the Golakka Crawler battlercry. This souldn't be a problem as your opponent will almost always have a minion that would be better for you if it was just a little quieter.
Special note about Spellbreaker: It is so popular because it managed to survive so many nerfs to similar cards (Ironbeak Owl, Keeper of the Grove, even Big Game Hunter) but it's even worse than that. This is a deck that would get minor beast synergy from the owl and it's a druid deck so keeper is also available but sadly neither is worth playing when spellbreaker is an option. So if you're looking for a classic card to hold on to for the next round of nerfs for dust value, this is it.
I was short a Bittertide Hydra and a Living Mana
I went with a Cobalt Scalebane and a Soul of the Forest. The SOTF has actually worked well against crap like doomsayer, and other board clears.
Hey nice Deck, but you met no Warlocks? i met some... And it was my worst matchup...
played over 30 games at rank 4,5

Yeah, zoolock is way stronger than aggro druid,it's one of the worst matchups
This is a much more accurate win rate. Not sure what ungodly luck the op had but 50%ish is much more realistic for this deck.
Well from R 10 to R 5 with a lucky streak its possible, and he played just 18 games.
I could claim R 2 to Legend with 100% Winrate for yesterday after getting a lucky 8-0 streak.
But this deck is still pretty strong(in the current Meta) with a 57-60% Winrate at High Ranks.
look my stats above
Great deck 7-1 score on 1 rank https://imgur.com/ZbnLa4B so ez legend
Thanks for that positive feedback! Make sure to check out my other upcomming decks!
Easy rank 5 today. Thank you for this deck =)
One question-why this deck don't have Vicious Fledgling?
Whats up guys
I tried this deck as well and it has been a long time since I played the aggro druid I have to admit that I dont miss that meta 2 much.
In the video bellow you can see two games
1) vs Mage who is running interesting techs appearently :D
2) vs a Zoo lock where something strange happens in the end of the game :o idk Im getting kinda soft
I hope you can enjoy the video and have a nice day guys! :)
Has anyone tried Young Dragonhawk with this deck? With all of the buffs, getting the 3 or 4 attack windfury for one mana seems pretty potent. PLUS - he's a BEAST and syngerizes well with Mark of Y'Shaarj!
Especially if you're looking for replacement cards for the pirates.
I get completely overrun by my opponent. Can't make it to turn 6.
Great to hear that!
Its not a bad deck, if you can get the right draws. But theres absolutely no way its 80% or even close. I played about 10-15 games now AT RANK 15. And i get like 50/50. I feel like theres more AoE now, and thats always what gets me.
well 6 losses in a row!
It was ok at lower ranks, but its not at 15+
I played Aggro Druid, way worse version than this for rank 17 to 10 in one day, in 4th day of this season. And from Rank 10 to 4 i used this deck. Actually old version of this deck with Deathspeaker, Tar Creeper and Druid of the Claw. -2x Crypt Lord, -1 Swipe & add these changes, try it.
