Highend Replacement added
Pull up a chair by the hearth!
Let me introduce myself. My gamer name is Kasai, I am from Slovakia and I gained the passion for card games with Magic:The Gathering, but let's talk about the Hearthstone. I play the Hearthstone since the open beta in January 14. I have multiple accounts on both EU and US servers. I reached Standard and Wild Legends several times, but I am not really fan of meta power-grinding as I rather think about cool and fun deck ideas.
Despite the Fact I am not the F2P player, but we, who are spending our money on the Hearthstone, we need you! Without F2P players would game as it is die since you are the wast majority of the Hearthstone community. My priority on the HearthPwn is to bring you guys playable F2P decks. I am making those time to time when I get new idea, sometimes just budgetized meta decks and sometimes the whole new archetype. All of them are well synergized and viable for casual play, quests or even climbing the rank 5 and higher if you are patient enough.
Feel free to follow, comment or add me in game. I have all of my recent F2P decks in my decklist so if you want to ask anything about playstyle, mulligan or general tactics, go for it. I will write all of those if the deck gain some popularity as it is really time consumpting and most of decks die in HearthPwn archive with +1 rating.
Yours Kasai
General Mulligan
Mistress of Mixtures, Fire Fly and Backstab - always
Hallucination, Jade Swarmer and Journey Below - if you are holding something mentioned above
Jade Shuriken - on coin or if you are holding Backstab

Matchup Guide
Aggro Matchups
Your main goal in early game against aggro decks is to control the board and don't let them to have more than 2 minions on the board, keeping opponents board empty untill turn 5 would be ideal even if that means you have to use Backstab to 1 health minion or Eviscerate without combo effect. You can play all your resources right away because those games usually won't last untill the late game. You should count on Bonemare as your main win condition in these matchups.
Mid-Range matchups
Same controlling of the board as in Aggro matchups but in this case always keep something to deal with bigger threats. Don't waste Eviscerate or Assassinate like against Aggro. You will also need some card draws so make wise trades with Acolyte of Pain and use Fan of Knives even on empty board if you need that card draw. Discovers should be always for something bigger even if you have to prioritize it over Jade synergy as you have enough small trade minions and enough Jade cards to grow your golems as well, however, always pick Aya Blackpaw if you have the option to. Win condition can be both Bonemare to something bigger or Jade farm.
Control matchups
Keep your resources as this deck has the tendency to be short on cards in late game. Use your hero power as often as possible and always discover Jade synergy if you can. Your goal is to quickly grow up your golems since control decks should have way stronger late game than you. Always keep your Shadowstep for Jade Spirit or for Aya Blackpaw if you discovered her. Assasinate should be used only on something you can't survive (Prophet Velen for example). Win condition here is mostly jade farm as control decks usually have enough removals to deal with both Bonemare and it's buffed target in one turn.
High-end replacements
Journey Below for Hallucination
Undercity Huckster for Stubborn Gastropod
Mimic Pod for Fan of Knives
Shadowblade for Assassin's Blade
Lotus Agents for Tar Creeper
Patient Assassin for Stubborn Gastropod
Shadowcaster for Tar Creeper
Vilespine Slayer for Assassinate
Dirty Rat for Stubborn Gastropod
Doomsayer for Stubborn Gastropod
Big Game Hunter for Assassinate
Tomb Lurker for Mistress of Mixtures
Xaril, Poisoned Mind for Acolyte of Pain
Valeera the Hollow for Tar Creeper
Elise the Trailblazer for Tar Creeper
Aya Blackpaw for Bonemare
The Black Knight for Bonemare
The Lich King for Bonemare
Ysera for Bonemare
N'Zoth, the Corruptor for Bonemare (Maybe wise to make this replacement only if you have Aya Blackpaw)
If you want to add more than one High-end replacement and there is a conflict in the list, just let me know in comments bellow and I will try to help you. Doing a replacements in all combinations would be, you know, pretty impossible :)
deck is kind of slow. the only upside is that it's very cheap and kind of works at low ranks.
Deck is way to slow. Aggro just eats it alive and well any long game deck like Priest or Warlock it's impossible to beat them.
I actually have positive winrate against highlander decks (both Warlock and Priest), the biggest advantage of it is that your opponent has no idea what is comming. One of my opponents just added me to tell me that he has never expected Stubborn Gastropod :)
58% - 50% winrate Jade Rogue
This deck of eNoD above me, I haven't try it myself, but it looks pretty balanced, or I added deck by Kovesh which is really great.
This is awesome, thank you.
What do you think about running cards like Grave Shambler and Servant of Kalimos for more Elemental synergy? What about Defias Ringleader or Undercity Huckster instead of Mistress of Mixtures ? These changes will probably make the deck slower, but maybe give it better late game while still being decent against aggro. Oh and should I run Patient Assassin or Vilespine Slayer instead of Assassinate? I have one of each.
Elemental synergy is quite an interesting and original idea. Try it and let me know please :)
Undercity Huckster is fine choice, but I would rather replace it for a Stubborn Gastropod as Mistress of Mixtures is a very good one drop for this deck.
If you happen to have Vilespine Slayer, then it is a definitely better replacement for Assassinate, no doubts.
love how did you introduced yourself 8) seems i will have to try this deck
What would be the higher cost deck that would replace this one? I'm not great at subbing out cards so seeing what would be different is helpful.
If you want a costly deck that is a little similar to this one I would recommend you any N'zoth Jade Rogue with DK, as those are the best jade rogue decks atm in my opinion.
I really like to play this version by Kovesh
It actually synergizes with 5+ minions thus it's not that pointless. You are just keeping it for a value, mostly growing up big jades, but you can also use it on Mind Control Tech if you are facing board spammers or on Bonemare against aggro/midrange decks.
What should I swap out for aya?
Fire Fly or 1 Tar Creeper
Journey Below is one of the core cards so dont you dare to touch it :)
Without Aya, I daresay that a double Journey Below is absolutely mandatory, if you want a minimum Jade consistency as a Rogue. Otherwise you might just as well switch to another token core.
You have many defensive cards there, you could swap some of them.
And also make room for the Cobalt Scalebane, to improve the Tempo shell (since you cannot afford slow games anyway).
This deck is meant to be available to construct for everyone without crafting anything. That is why only one Journey Below. Sure if you have 2 in your collection I would recommend you to replace second for Hallucination.
About many defensive card. This deck was built to compete with other budget decks (read Aggro) not against 15k dust Razakus and stuff and those extra board control minions works well for me.
Compare to other control decks, this seems weak
Sure it is not a tier 1 deck, but it is deck meant to be affordable for very new players.
Control decks are usually exspensive so i advice new ones play hunter. A lot cheaper and more efficent
well sometimes you have to do quests ya know. and if you have rogue/warrior quest you can't complete it with hunter :[
