I figured Sapphiron was begging to get milled to death, so this is what I put together.  It could probably be tuned a little more, but I beat him on my second try with this, so I didn't do any tuning.  Looking back I'd probably put in another Arcane Golem in exchange for maybe a Deathlord.  Chargers are hugely important.

The deck is pretty self explanatory.  Use the tons of removal and chargers to keep his board under control.  I tried to save Naturalize for his 5/6 that kill the minions next to them.  Force of Nature and Leeroy Jenkins were great for taking down his Spectral Knight.  I never managed to actually use the Poison Seeds + Starfall combo because I didn't draw a Starfall until the game was already over.
