Needs a guide, its hard as fk to play :D
Guys I don't speak Russian, nor understand it.. but watch this dude playing it, you get how to play this deck fairly quick!

Tu-ta ti-ta ti-ta-tu. Vot tak vot, da.
I understand the function of Gnomeferatu is to thin their deck to bring them to fatigue faster, but is it replaceable? I certainly don't want to make two of that card.
If you don't understand this deck you can watch some silvername's deck, he hit top 26 from 500+ with this deck, main mill concept is Howlfiend + Treachery + Defile which give u boardclear and mill up to 6 cards in opponents hand (which is autowin vs priests and druids)
PLayed this deck extensively for 100 games. I am not exaggerating when I say that the "main mill condition" of howlfiend + treachery + defile works about 5% of the time.
First, you have to make it to turn 8 to even use this condition. By that time you're usually so behind on board and life that handing your opponent a 3/6 minion is more destructive than helpful.
Second, you will almost never actually have a board lined up to fully utilize the defile concept. Likely they have a bunch of 4 5 and 6 health minions and adding another 6 health minion will do nothing but cast one round of defile.
Ultimately I had to ditch the treachery / defile combo and just play a control lock that attempts some slight millage via dirty rat and gnomeferatu. I desperately would love to see the combo work but it just is way way way to gimmicky and unreliable. How this guy managed to beat anyone at legend with consistency is beyond me. At best it was a 45% win ratio deck.
After 100 games is it a deck you would consider successful on ladder? I have all the cards, including the prince, except for the gnomeferatus and one gul'dangerous. I would hate to use all my dust on that legendary for a deck which is very inconsistent.
this deck is not consistently successful on ladder. the best control variant of warlock at the moment is considered low tier 2. Good but not great.
this is a niche gimmicky deck. meant to have fun. not to climb consistently up ladder.
Not sure whether this deck specifically is worth crafting, but Gul'dan is pretty strong and will be a staple in competitive decks eventually - once those exist in warlock. The hero power is crazy good and fits well with warlock's early game - life taps use health as a resource, gul'dan heals it back.
feel like this deck need panda I am gonna to do some testing
Panda? ah I got it
Deck has not the best winrate, but it's still one of the most fun I had in hearthstone in the last couple of days.
Faced a Priest and I pulled of a Howlfiend-Combo after he put Acolyte of Pain as well as some other small minions on the board ... watching him discard Shadowreaper Anduin, Prophet Velen, Mind Control and Dragonfire Potion in one turn was easily the most satisfying thing I have ever seen in hearthstone!
Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Destroyer of Dreams! ;-)
well I must suck because I'm 0-12 on rank 5
You just need some experience i believe, play 50-100 games and you will understand concept and wincondition of this deck
Just watch this dude playing the deck, I don't speak Russian... Nor understand it.. but you get the picture after seeing this!

no brewmasters for extra coldlights and gnomeferatus?
How you can say it's SilverName's deck if he said that he was owned by this deck on ladder so he decided to play it.
great deck but I made some changes for more board clear/survive
took out Stonehill Defender x1 ,Howlfiend × 1
added in Twisting Nether × 1 Dirty Rat x1
At around 55% win rate with this but I believe that will go up after the upcoming nerf . Over all hell of a fun deck. I never LOLed so hard during a match of Hearthstone. 4 full board clears (after my changes) added with good aoe + taunts make sure you will goto end game
Key to win with this deck is to manage your board clears correct and know when to be greedy.
Play Bloodreaver Gul'dan , Prince Valanar when getting low on health
I started to play this deck on rank 4(4 stars) I played over 20 games which took me back to rank5 0 stars... The only piece i'm missing is prince valanar(I put a tar lurker instead)...No matter what i do, jade decks destroys it, have no chance against priest and agro(if you are able to get both defiles at the beginning along with despicable dreadlord, you can win) I must say I was so eager to play the deck and tried so hard to be successful with it but no chance... It is about getting real lucky everytime with draws, otherwise you dont have a single chance. Let's say in first 10 games was the learning phase, but after that rage began... Winning conditions are either burning their important cards(which i always burn unimportant shitty cards) or play dk and revive all of your demons without your opponent having board clear(I generally summoned 2 or 3 demons because you can't draw or play most of them before turn 10 or your opponents don't give you the chance to play them at the right time) Long story short if you have all the cards try this deck, if even you are only missing 1 epic, get away. I am very sad for crafting one missing treachery....
why not 2 howlfiends?
