I think you need +1 Lightbomb (at least), maybe -1 Greater Healing Potion or -1 Sneed's Old Shredder. In case you hadn't noticed, Naga Sea Witch and giants are real; Lightbomb is the best way to deal with them. 

i reached rank 1 (3 stars) in standard so far .. u just have to learn how to draw barnes early game :D 

Where is Sylvana in this deck ?

I have Changed her, because too many aggro decks are in wild. Waiting for the nerf 

Because Ysera is slow, and you don't want to resurrect Ysera over Lich King or Y'Shaarj. Sylvanas is the best card in mirror matches. Besides she has one of the best effects in the game

Any replacement for Sneeds?

But just imagine the situation when u just keep reviving him again, again and again.

If your opponents silences Sneed's Old Shredder instead of Sylvanas Windrunner, then it's good for you, don't you think? Besides, if Sneed's Old Shredder is silenced, just trade and resurrect it with deathrattle effect.
